i hate regular minecraft rain, i bet all the sound designers did was drop some gravel on a piece of canvas and hoped that no-one would care, now i have to get a mod to disable rain so i never have to have that annoying sound drilling into my head.

@GamingHole News to me, I've recently looked up 5.1 test videos and they all only worked on the 2.1 channels, perhaps they're old videos and now-days YouTube can support full 5.1... I dunno.

Surround sound has been supported for over a year now.

that thunder was badass, I thought it was a storm right here! The water was, well, I live in Oregon so the sound of rain is quite common, but thunder I miss thunder. I was raised in Pittsburgh where we had thunder storms all the time in the summer, here, I heard thunder 3, maybe 4 times, in 11 years. I love that sound so nostalgic, awesum video.
