  • this is actually not that bad. its kinda fun

  • This isn't for beginners, you'll tear your muscles. That last 1 will fuck up your knee. It DOES work and as with most modern cardio exercises, its all about muscle confusion. You CAN start doing this by having reps and not how many times per minute. 20 reps minimum at 1st & at least 2-3 times a day then gradually increasing the reps within the span of 2 months.

  • Wow - well, I thought I'd never manage that sqaut knee jump thing, but I can seem to do it. Managed 10 before colapse. I take it, of these 5 things, we should do a minute each. Is that right, or two sets of 30 seconds each?? Anyway that squat knee jump thing is a killer. As is the rest, but that really did knock me back.

  • Shit... just done this just now... I think I'm pretty fit but the workout shown, without rest, hell is pretty suicidal. By the third type workout, I was heaving heavily! Now I have new found respect for the Spiderman pushup whoa!

  • @fckdahlloff You can, intense cardio like this is GREAT for losing fat, it's like doing a 5 mintute run, but instead of just working your legs like running does, you work your legs, back, shoulders, chest, triceps and your biceps a little bit I think (Since your heart has to pump blood to more muscles it makes it more effective cardio) Exercises like these are used by Mixed martial artists and Muay thai fighters because it is excellent for endurance and cardio - vascular fitness, it works :D
