I don't think the song is about them being gay... To me it's more like all Dr. Wily is teaching them is how to hate and kill, and then Megaman comes along as the only robot master that knows love. The Wily bots then notice that there's something about Megaman that draws them to him, but they're still programmed to kill him, and so that causes a lot of emotional conflict and whatnot.
