JFAC is one of the few newer metal bands playing actual death metal. Underground death metal has the same themes, substance, talent level (sometimes), and content as "popular" metal bands. The only difference is the shitty production value. Bands like this make a lot of money and die-hard fans for a reason. Acting like a turd that only likes underground things is worse than a scene kid buying clothes at Hottopic and listening to deathcore.

I'm pretty sure the band don't give a damn what the people on here that run their mouth think. As obviously seen in this video they have plenty of fans and it's for THOSE fans and themselves that they make the music for. Making money in metal isn't easy and i'm sure they knew that when they started, so they obviously didn't enter hoping for losers on youtube to like them.

@jak3legacy They used to be. Listen to their 2004 EP or Doom and then compare it to Genesis or Ruination. They're definitely death metal now. There isn't any "chugging" or "breakdowns" and they sound more like Nile than Whitechapel.

I give the bands I love everything but I don't want to walk around in a mall and see my favorite bands t-shirt hanging on Hottopics wall, thats an embarrassment. I hate Hottopic, the bands whos merch is sold at them, and the fags with hair that took them a 2 hour minimum to do. If those bands I like are broke then they can get a job and quit music noones forcing them to play.

@jak3legacy They used to be. Listen to their 2004 EP or Doom and then compare it to Genesis or Ruination. They're definitely death metal now. There isn't any "chugging" or "breakdowns" and they sound more like Nile than Whitechapel.
