Also when I try to save my handling line it says Error, cannot save because you need to find the correct path or some shit :( Pls help and reply.

@Barness101 just look up cheat codes to remove traffic. You can get a car spawner from gtaworldmods and spawn a elegy from that. When u replace the handling line, go to your san andreas folder>data>handling.cfg>then open it with wordpad>make sure when u replace the line, it looks like its in the same position as the one before. Check videos on youtube :D
