its so funny how people are ashamed of loving songs like this or, as the man below stated, Third Eye Blind's music. i STILL love it and would see Third Eye Blind (in their prime) again and again and again. they were amazing at one point in time. i love this part of the 90s. pseudo-intellectual, self-aware semi-punk. so great.
As cheesy as this lyrics to the song are, I still like it for some reason. I saw them live in 1998 when they opened for Third Eye Blind at the Greek Theater in Berkeley, CA. (it took a lot of guts to admit that), and the sound was amazing... they sang perfectly in tune and the balance on the instrumentals was phenomenal.
Actually he's doing a great job on the vocals. And the guitar sound is great. It's clean yet gritty. It cuts through the mix without getting in the way
normally I'm the first one to notice if a vocalist is shit live....but I'm just not seeing why the complaints on this one, guys. The guy's voice sounds pretty much the same as it does on the record.
I'm impressed, he actually sounds similar to his studio version. Unlike most artist these days. Video quality may be one of the reasons for the not so nice guitar sound quality.
i threw that kid out i was secerity im the red head in the front row,..i let him hit the ground lol,,..he crowed surfed that 3 thimes and i got tired of it lol
am i seeing this right??? omg does anyone catch that kid who stage dives at 1:17? or does he just smack the ground crazy.. thats absolutly insane. but good vid non the less.

i'm a little disappointed at his vocal ability that night, i mean i hope this isn't another case of studio safety nets in place..
