I was playing as russians and i lasted to4028 A.D

I was doing good and destroying other civs till the Arabs got strong and was

a huge threat to the world, I tried to wipe them out, I even called in 2 other civs on him...

But the Arabs were heavily populated and had many soldiers, their population somehow reached 38 in Mecca... I only managed to take over one of their cities, then they bombed my cities, attacked them with ground forces, and nuked them... and thats how my Empire died...

They colonized big lands, such as Brazil and many countries in Africa, and even some Japanese words derived from the Portuguese language. Also they were a very advanced country in navigation.

@stroypa Prior to Beyond the Sword they were Aggressive and Organized which complements each other well. They got crippled when they became aggressive and protective since defense is terrible in CIV IV. You are better by going on the attack.

This was really just a little experiment I decided to do. I never said that proper English shows all a person's intelligence. Of course I know that it only shows a very small part..

I think Rome is the best in the world 18 civ senario. They have an uber powerful unit that you only need iron working to get and you have everything around you so you get free cities until you stop winning, at which point you just sit back and watch your plunders get you to the top

Expansions are sperate so you can just play 1 expansion without the original. But Beyond the Sword expansion has all features of Civ 4 and Civ 4 Warlords and some new ones

to use all features, I just load up beyond the sword. It should load up all civs and features in the original civ4, warlords, and beyond the sword. If you want colonization on civ4, that won't work, because colonization is a remake if sid Meier's earlier game by the same name with the civ4 engine used.

I've online played civ III complete and haven't finished it but war is harder before the middle ages than it is during the middle ages. In civ III complete once you get a few knights nothing can stop you really. I also suggest being aggressive because that will really help you later on when war is inevitable.

Bad mistake making the game on Marathon Dap, Marathon makes it take longer for you to research new things, build new units, makes the game TOO slow xD

Marathon makes warring way easier.

You have larger window of opportunity to utilize combat units. And unit production favors marathon - 2 times for units, 3 times for buildings compared to normal speed. So it's like stating with war academy (warlord/BTS, vanilla doesn't have that AFAIR) in every city on marathon.
