  • Hey Eugene do you remember me? Im that chick you danced with two times through the Roofers album Friday night at that party I never knew A: where your skinhead friend passed out for several hours on the bathroom floor and you told me You weren't that drunk, and that I was your favourite Salsa dancer you had ever come across in New York city Eugene Eugene Eugene I said hello Eugene Are you there Eugene Hey Eugene then we kissed once we lobbed your friend into the elevator and went to write my

  • @HatOfWisdom...you should have definitely slept with the gay guy! Unless he was ugly of course.

  • Brilliant song.

  • the bitch gave me 13 digits.. - sincerely, eugene

  • If I could like this a hundred times... i would :)

  • She seems realy cool, Eugene should kick himself

  • It's so funny, this chord sequence is exactly the same as "Forget You" by Cee Lo Green, only slowed down.

  • I noticed that too, but a different key. Saturday in the Park is the same as Cee Lo Greene, and in the same key.

  • A gay guy tried to get me to sleep with him so I could meet her.

Needless to say, I disliked this album for quite a while but now I'm back, ladies and gentlemen.

  • Dowwnload the audio from this tune at thetunify doht cohm.

  • I absolutely love Pink Matini ...!!!! <3

  • po eu que adoro megadeth , slayer quando ouvi esta musica gostei muito muito massa

  • people are dying at too early ages these days.

  • 4 people never went in the elevator O.o

  • Am I a fan of Pink Martini? Uh... duh? :)

  • This is only the 2nd song I know with my real name in it. The other is Careful With That Axe, Eugene by Pink Floyd.

  • @elvispreseli Haha same here.

  • just an everyday story of humble office folk?

    "careful with that fax, Eugene"

    wow, and both Pink

  • @elvispreseli OMG that is amazing...there is no song with KEVIN in it.....

  • at the supermarket i work, this song is on the musiclist and you can hear this song 2 times in a hour, 3 people already suicided cuz of the uglyness.. R.I.P. Jenifer, Bart and mecenzie..

  • If you liked the theme, check out "The Coffee Song," by Cream, circa 1966. The moral, never leave alone from a corner table ...

  • Fantastic song, one of those few songs that apeal directly.

  • Good Song

  • this is a great song :X some of my friends even nicknamed me Eugene =D

  • Great song! Perhaps if the napkin was not as "soggy", he would be able to give her a call :) This would be a classical example of an unlucky accident.

With that said, I still consider this a great song.

    -Eugene

  • This is a great song, although it sounds a lot like 'You're All I Need To Get By' by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell.

  • The comment of 6477885 is correct. Eugene was a good portuguese friend of mine, he told me about this song,Unfurtunatly he died of cancer about a year ago in Nashua N.H. Hey Eugene, I miss you.

  • steven hawking könnte mit seiner normale stimme besser singen als der ausgeleierte kroginagi der das singt

  • Hier kommt tha Kroginagi zum tittraedierten Kubik xD

    Gruß an Nico xD

  • derek u have a point but its not portrayed fully i want to hear more

  • is this social commentary or just a story about a guy who didn't call after getting her phone number? it is a great song either way, but i think there must be more to it than just the story--i think it is about disconnects in these crazy modern times, like eugene is so out of it that he may not even remember the girl. social protest, of a sort.

  • i went to the concert of pink martini and the story about eugene is the folowing:

she met a guy eugene to a party..they kissed, they dance...but the nex day he never called her again, even after she wrote a song for him...never

  • @6477885 it was his loss not to call back,he missed tha chance dating a great woman!

  • I first heard this, weirdly, in Burger King-- I hadn't been there in ages, so I thought I'd go, and I just loved this song! Now I'm totally into Pink Martini's music! Woop! ^ -^

  • Funny, I first heard it in an outlet mall - about 4 days ago and it's still stuck in my head.

  • a smooth groove no doubt

  • The live version here on YT ('David L's Show') is brilliant!

  • How cool!

  • I think you people need to listen to the music coming into your ears!!!!

  • I'm working in a fashion-store where this song is on the music-list. I thought the song was about ''Blue Jeans'' in stead of Eugene. That's why it took weeks to find this song! But finally, I got it!:D

  • @ellah1989 Haha! They play it where I work too, and I spent ages trying to find it!

  • @dgrant625 wow that´s a long time lol;) But have fun listning! Grtz from Holland!
