Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience and knowledge. I listen to it about three times a week and even from the first few days I have been considerably more lucid. My memory has improved and my musical ear has also improved noticeably. I try matching the sound with my own singing, although I don't do the overtones. first of all, there is no scientific proof that this shit works, secondly let's for the moment assume that you could align your body with sound etc etc..Well if that were true, you could just as easily get your body OUT of tune with the WRONG frequencies or durrations or volumes, and the last person you would want to be fucking your shit up with guesswork is some fucking moronic hippy who probably failed science and math, and instead majoring is selfishness and getting stoned.

the placebo effect is the confirmation that mind have an extraordinary power upon the body. Sound and frequency can broke a glass (think to opera singer they can broke with the sound waves a glass). At the same way sounds can be use to kill mold viruses etc. everything in nature have a vibration and a right vibration can destroyed every single things of material word. Peace love gratitude
