Sorry for late reply, password problem. Anyway, The lockscreen and backround are both 'matrix rain'. There are several of these on cydia with the same name, so you will have to preview each one and download the one which you like, all r similar but slightly different. Some will be under the lockscreen section, some will be in the background section. Yes depletes battery a lot quicker, but remove/apply easily on winterboard. Icons move using 'barrel', recomend infinidock, multifl0w + infinifolder

Also search for these in cydia's search - 'fake carrier' (maybe 1 word), 'graviboard' (not updated for 5.0.1 yet), invisible lock bar (or swipe bar)
and above all, make sure you get 'Installous' if you havn't. This is your bread and butter app for any Apple or independent apps, all for free, no matter the cost on app store
