Shields seems pretty small for a middle weight. He seems more like a natural walterweight. Dan has this one down pat. Shield's main reason for his domination has been his wrestling, but another wrestler nullifies wrestling. It then comes down to who the bigger, more experienced and better striker is and that's Henderson.
