@21cup It is a bit more of pain to wind the magazine while it is in the rifle but it isn't that bad. Typically you would have the magazine already wound up anyway which would then be able to feed most all of the rounds.
The rear sight is just a peep sight so yes I would recommend a reflex or red dot for fast paced shooting.
@shortyusa I usually wind my mags before putting them in the well, but the spring loses tension about half way through though so I have to wind it every now and again. I do own a JG G36 which is obviously not the best quality so I might have a different experience.
@21cup G36 high caps are 470rds where as the traditional M4 high cap is 300 rds. The spring used in high capacity magazines can typically feed 300 shots or really close to that before needing to be rewound.

2 questions:
