at 0:40 why did u use regular stun grenades? u could have just buy stun grenades for the MGL-140 that u get once u beat raging raven and only throw on smoke grenade :D

Through lots of thought & practice. Plus a strong desire to really 'push' the limits. MGS4 occupied much of my thought during the making of this run. I had certain ideals that I envisioned & practiced to bring to fruition. Ideally my aim was to reach each section exit via the quickest route possible & without stopping unless necessary.

vs crying wolf, you use a smoke before the flashes... why?

The Smoke Grenades keep her stuck in position as she continues to cough. The Stuns are extremely effective at this time. Its been known for a while now. The effect duration is limited though. That's why a second Smoke is thrown.

at 2:34 you change the arc of the grenade, how did you do it?

I was wondering when someone would mention that. :) Just press the L1 button 'lightly' & you can perform an underarm throw instead. It's much harder to do whilst running though.

Just tap R2 until the desired weapon is displayed. You need to go to the Options menu & select 'Cycle' or 'Previous' to enable it.

I don't either. It seems random. It may not be though. The best bet for success is to continually restart until she is located at the position you want. You can hear a tell-tale sign that she is nearby by listening for her steps as she walks to her position. Listen carefully at 0:20 to hear this familiar sound.

There are a batch of Stun Grenades located at the northern part the battleground (to the right of the exit door). That should give you 5. Use those in combination with the Mosin Nagant rifle for the complete Psyche drain. That will still be a quick battle.

The M82A2 Sniper Rifle. Aim for the uppermost circle (Gekko brain) highlighted by the Solid Eye. That will give you an instant takedown.

It's not ideal. I would have to purchase the Mosin Nagant & then select it. Meaning another menu & added time. Just with one? I found it takes 2 headshots to deplete just 1 bar of Psyche. The Mosin has an awkward added delay between shots too.

This is awesome, but in  the vamp fight, i recommend to give him a headshot with the tranquilizer sniper, just with one you can get him into the floor.

No, the M82A2 is not a problem. It's the XM25. You cannot buy ammo for it unless the ammo total shows 0.
