As a Freshman trainee teacher, firstly I would like to know why the teacher was wearing flip flops and not setting a dress code example for his charges, and secondly what in the name of all that is Holy was going on in that classroom, you had a child obsessed with flashlights, another outputting obscene gestures on the computer, and others playing with their cell phones! Absolutely frightening to see the lack of control and discipline in that room!
