@MrChannelPromo Emmanuel is a BJJ Brown Belt so my plan for the fight was to stay standing as i knew i'd be stronger there. I do train a lot of groundwork but the level i was fighting at in the last few years i was better standing but not as good on the floor:). Thanks for your comments

Rofl Big Shaun, when that video was made i was ranked no.1 @ Lightweight. Mikey Bisping was a LHW then and Dan is a WW. You are also very wrong about Scottish fighters being treated different to English.

Maybe you are training at the wrong gym. The Dinky Ninja Fight Team in Glasgow are good friends of mine training on the same shows as me both here and abroad since 2003.

i think ian is a class fighter, i first saw him on danny dyers deadliest men, since then i have watched all his fights, i think he defo wud of won the m1 challange if he hadnt of lost a stone in a day or whatever! im 23 n woundering if im too old to start training n getting into the sport?

its actually suprising that ian butlin was featured in danny dyers deadliest men 2. although everyone can agree that he is a tough bastard i don't think he qualifies even being in the top ten dangerous one. his mma record is terrible, although this sport is very competitive i can understand why he has suffered alot of defeats, but him ranting on about him being the best lightweight, is basically a pile of shit tbh. hard he is, but no way does he even come close to being at the top.
