I know who did it and the answear is they all did but the leader of the group was Miss Scarlett (she likes the colour red and if she is beautiful she is bound to be clever) and second in command is Colnel Mustard because he used to be in the army so he is bound to know how to use a gun.

It looks from the IMDB listing that this was indeed intended to be the second episode but was actually broadcast first... I'm not sure why that is!
