@abhudson14 This never happened. This is just a, 'fun idea', of what it might have been like if Channel 4 did a, 'BBC2', by taking the mantle of Children's TV over from ITV, (very much like what used to happen on the BBC), whenever there was coverage of the budget.

Well, I actually agree with you there, but I remember having contacted the childrens' programming department at Central Television twelve years ago to ask this very question, apparently because of the fact that S4C broadcasts in Wales, ITV felt that they didn't have the cross-fertilisation to do this and also Central also felt that they didn't want to upset Channel 4 (or S4C)'s set advertising pattern so this may well explain why...

Regarding this, most of the people in cardiff actually have the aerials pointing at mendip (bbc west and ITV south west) instead of wenvoe (welsh) because of all the welsh crap.
