  • Outstanding vid, amazing place. I live in the SW and mesquite is quite prevalent and it smells fantastic after a rain. Although I love raw food, I love to combine fire and mesquite to cook natural meats...adds a delicious flavor even if the meat is only cooked rare. There aren't an abundance of natural springs here in the SW so this place is a jewel, as the Apaches knew. No wonder they were fond of using Chia and fresh water for endurance as they traveled thru this dry landscape. Thanks Daniel
