This version really does suck. The original movie made in 1981 is alot more real. I guess they picked this cast because they looked pretty LOL. This is so much like Twilight it's not funny. Guess we know where Stephanie Meyer got her ideas from. If you read the book you will realize why you should watch the original and not the remake. I will be uploading the 1981 version this Friday and also another movie made by the same director called Eyes of Amaryllis.

A lot of people didn't but I LOVED the way this ended. Anybody could've made it so that she would drink from the water and live forever, but the writer was so brilliant that he/she showed how Winnie learned from Jesse. He taught her that life shouldn't go on forever. If she would've died, then he would have taught her that in vein. I don't care what anyone says. This movie/book ended BRILLIANTLY.

The love in it was false. All it really was was belly going "i liek" and it pretty much went on from there. THIS movie however, really brought out the romance in Winnie and Jesse (the movie, not the book...the book was more puppy-loveish, seeing the age difference on that one)

In this movie you can feel the static between Jesse and Winnie. In Twilight it was just...meh. I didn't feel any heart-warming love.
