  • What is the song at 1:19? Thanks

  • @ariesgal1991 Enya - Book Of Days

  • @Leoprah The beginning of the trailer is the book of days by enya, but the part at 1:19 is from something else.

  • @ariesgal1991 oh ok I see oh then it might be something from William Ross off Tuck Everlasting Soundtrack but the beat sounds like something from Enya so im not sure you'd might have to do some more research

  • The more I watch this movie, the more I say to myself:

"Why isn't love and romance like this anymore"?

Honestly.. youth had be twice better if they felt like this....Because... I do

  • dont fear death just fear the unlived :) i just watched this movie and now i dont fear death anymore

  • @elsie1332 book of days by enya

  • What is the name of the song that is in the trailer?

  • This version really does suck. The original movie made in 1981 is alot more real. I guess they picked this cast because they looked pretty LOL. This is so much like Twilight it's not funny. Guess we know where Stephanie Meyer got her ideas from. If you read the book you will realize why you should watch the original and not the remake. I will be uploading the 1981 version this Friday and also another movie made by the same director called Eyes of Amaryllis.

  • I am reading the book

    in class

  • Who is the guy who does that voice in all the movies?!

  • @sun1010smile He died sadly, his name was Don LaFontaine...

  • @sun1010smile /watch?v=7QPMvj_xejg

  • I agree with the fact that the trailer doesn't explain what's really going on but it doesn't change the fact that it's one of the most beautiful trailers ever made. And book. And movie :)

  • the book sucks

  • @5821Stefan i love the book

  • This better be good. The book was detailed and good. Plus, we never knew Jesse was this... You know, wow!

  • i am going to watch this movie in my classroom for a book we read which was Tuck Everlasting

  • Read the book did not see the movie

  • This is the worst trailer ever. My son sais that it is a great movie about a stream that allows a family to have ecerlating life and youth, but by this trailer I would not have known that. In fact I had no clue what the storie was.

  • WHO IS THE GUY WHO VOICES OVER ALL THESE DANG MOVIES?!?!?!!? <3

  • 1:35 is the greates advice I have ever heard

  • 1:12 is the cutest image Jesse Tuck

  • i just finished this book in school....

  • Winnie is supposed to be 10, not a teenager

  • omg i love this movie love it sooo mutch

  • song from 30 to 1:15 what the fric is it

  • When I read Tuck Everlasting in the sixth grade, I thought it was the best book in the world. Tonight I gave it to my son, a fourth-grader, to read. He was skeptical but I insisted. He finished it in one evening. As I told him good night, his last words to me before falling asleep were, "Thank you."

  • a general hosptial star in a moive once again... i love him j.J. aka lucky spancer

  • No in the book shes 10

  • Good book. Read it in 7th grade. But in the book Winnie is 12.... Is she in this????

  • what is the song called at 0:30 to 0:40 ? i cant find it in the soundtrack

  • @iloveroger12345 enya - book of days

  • Anyone else feel like spamming the twilight trailer with a link to this?

  • I read the book 3 times... In a week

  • A beautiful movie, i loved the acting and the setting and the filming and everything!! So much better than Twilight, i cried at the end!!!

  • I remember reading and watching this in high school.

I want to get this on dvd.

  • Oh, Enya!

  • iv read the book

  • omg i have to dance to that musiccc

  • @cookiedough978 That's what Winnie thinks XD

  • We are reading this book in school this month. Its really good

  • that is lucky spencer ! lol

  • I LOVE LOVE THIS MOVIE. Unfortunatly the tape i taped it on broke :( Havent seen this is yrs

  • I love Tuck Everlasting...Its just fantastic...

  • Why did they made this into a love story between teenagers, even though in the book Winnie was supposed to be 10 or so?

Regardless, I love both the book and the movie. It's partly the reason why I don't fear death anymore.

  • @skippersolo the story is not about them loving each other when she is ten and jesse is 17 jesse wants her to waith until she is 17 to drink the water

  • how´s the song called that is played in the background? the melody and the voices are beautiful!

  • aghhh I miss this book , we used to read this for our book review

  • OMG I LOOOVEEE THIS MOVIE! Been looking for it for quiet some time NOW!! xD

But now that I watched it again... it kinda do remind me of Twilight?!?!?! :S hmm...

  • the song is BOOK OF DAYS by ENYA

  • SONG NAME ?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?? UGH >:O

  • What is the name of that song?

  • A lot of people didn't but I LOVED the way this ended. Anybody could've made it so that she would drink from the water and live forever, but the writer was so brilliant that he/she showed how Winnie learned from Jesse. He taught her that life shouldn't go on forever. If she would've died, then he would have taught her that in vein. I don't care what anyone says. This movie/book ended BRILLIANTLY.

  • I used to love this story as a kid. I watched the movie before I read the book but I enjoyed them both, very much. They're pretty mcuh the same, but I like the movie more but only because Jonathan Jackson is so fudruckin' sexy!

  • omg my class is reading this rite now so good!!

  • I was obsessed with this movie. To me it was the ultimate romance

  • 22 people saw fuck everlasting and disliked this movie

  • ohmygod alexis bledel looks so young! and this came out when gilmore girls was a couple years in but still

  • 22 people are afraid of death

  • Such a beautiful story :)

  • what's the music?

  • I cryed when i seen this n even more seeing times change to the trash that we see now

  • A friend of mine is writing a really cool fan fiction of this where winnie drinks the water. Go check it out! Go to Wattpad. com and seach Tuck Everlasting the Continued story. :)

  • what is the name of the song?

  • @anikunia think its end of days also know as the far and away theme its by enya

  • @anikunia sorry book of days i ment

  • Why aren't such movies being made anymore?I LOVED this movie(: wish they ended up together tho...</3 but,at least Jesse always had Winnie's heart & even tho she moved on,she never forgot Jesse & I'm sure Jessie never forgot her(:

  • Become a fan of PERIOD DRAMA MOVIES on facebook! :)

  • Why didn't Jesse go after Winnie earlier! I love this movie, I just wished they lived happiler ever after :) In my mind they did.

  • @lilcutienative so she chose to die?

(maybe it will be better if youll message me the answer so ppl wont know the end)

    thx :)

  • Enya!!

  • I read the book for school and it was amazing! I'd love to see the movie

  • I can't wait to see this movie. I have already read the book in one of my class literature groups, and must say it is a very entertaining novel. I had bunches of emotion, and cant wait to see it in picture :)

  • I love this movie and the book. In fact, I'm reading it right now! It has a really great message that speaks to kids, at least it spoke to me. It shows the somewhat darker side of what immortality entails, instead of just having fun forever.

  • absolutely loved this movie

Jesse and winnie were gorgeous together. and i was touched by this book and film. <3

  • Does anyone knows the name of the song in this trailer?

  • @IamNotAfrog123

It is Book of Days by Enya

  • i just watched this . . . this is true love that is SOOOOOOOO rare!!!

  • JESSE IS SOOO HOTTT!!!!

  • I LOVE JESSEE!!!!!!

  • I cried SO much

  • Comment removed

  • I had to read this back in middle school when I was about 12, I LOVED it and the film.

  • Oh my god! in my reading class we read the book, and we watched the movie... and i seriously cried right there in my reading class. I love Jesse sooo much! I wouldve drank the water.. as long as u have ur loved ones there, then eternal life wouldnt be bad (: But seriously I love this movie... and dont forget.. Jesse ♥

  • I watched this movie today in school ]= it was rlly sad):

  • We're reading this book in my school. Its pretty good so I'm sure the movie is good too.

  • This is definitely one of my favorite movies :) I could watch it over and over again and I wouldn't get tired of it lol. I haven't read the book though, but I'd love to. I can't believe Winnie is 10 in the book! :O didn't see that coming

  • Now this is a TRUE romance story. Not that Twilight crap. Real lessons, believable characters, and no sparkling vampires or over emotional werewolves.

  • loved it

  • I read da book in class its awesome but hated te ending...

  • This is just like twilight a family that never grows old that can't die a 17 teen year old boy falls for a human

  • @reverecheerleader in those days girls married at 12 in the book she's ten but in the movie she's 16

  • I read this book when i was 9, it was the first novel that actually put me in tears after i realized my own mortality.

  • I am reading this book in class!!!!

  • I hated her choice

  • We watched this in school this week, the trailer kinda scares me. The man in the yellow suit is succchh a creep and needs to leaves Winnie alone......

  • we waches this movie at shoool it was SO SAD!

  • this trailer told me NOTHING on what the movie is about... >.<

  • the name of the song is called "Book of Days" by Enya

  • What's the song? (0.28) please tell me :)

  • I love the movie, it's much better than the book... and that hardly happens! :P

  • wats the song?

  • I loved this movie but it's not like the book ahah but i love it anyway :)

  • I'm reading it in class. I can't wait to watch the movie next week. But I don't get why you would fall inlove with one of your captors and in the book Winnie is 10. She doesn't look 10 in this movie

  • @MsGoldsworthy in the movie she's older, to make the story more "realistic" - a 10-year-old would obviously react completly differently in the situation.

  • @MsGoldsworthy I know, and I'm like stoopppp your 17 Jesse and she's "10". Stoppp

  • i read this book in class, is very good

  • omg I READ THE BOook I LOVEDDD it !

  • i love sissy spacek

  • I read the book when I was in middle school and it was excellent :D I eventually watched the movie and I fell in love with it. I need to read the book again because I don't remember anything :P

  • I like this movie a lot. But it didn't live up to it's potential, a sex scene (a mild one, or some notion that Winnie and Jesse did it would have amplified the movie and their relationship) 1,000th comment!

  • jonathan jackson is the hotest guy when he was younger!

  • Were reading the book in school... Were watching this movie thursday.

  • Poor jonathan probably feels pretty lame

  • i read the book and the movie was a chick flick

  • yeah.. this film reminds me in English literacy class at my first year :D

  • Is it just me, or is this just like way better than Twilight? :)

  • @ThrowingLemons18

    you're so right!!!

  • @ThrowingLemons18 yes it is, it most assuredly is

  • @ThrowingLemons18 anything is better than twilight

  • @carmelina1988 lol, so true ^_^

  • @ThrowingLemons18 Twilight was always stupid.

The love in it was false. All it really was was belly going "i liek" and it pretty much went on from there. THIS movie however, really brought out the romance in Winnie and Jesse (the movie, not the book...the book was more puppy-loveish, seeing the age difference on that one)

In this movie you can feel the static between Jesse and Winnie. In Twilight it was just...meh. I didn't feel any heart-warming love.

  • why did i forget this movie existed?

  • Best Book! Don't remember kissing though D: Hehe. I haven't watched it though so *shrugg*

  • @1MissAwesome

    Oh, yeah, he's.

  • @LeoDiCaprio98 omag i love leo dicap!!!!!!!! nice username or whatever you call it!!(:

  • this is such a GREAT book! im reading it fro a novel study in english and half the kida in my class thought it was so good they decided to read the whole book to see what happens next! i LOVE it! :)

  • i read the book n seen the movie . . . its the best!

  • we did this book in english and god how I DESPISED it but I think it'd be interesting to watch the film :)

  • @lizzielonglegs finally someone who dislikes the book

  • @chicojim23 Banter :L

  • @lizzielonglegs what?

  • @chicojim23 .. You know. Banter. It's a word?

  • @lizzielonglegs i know, but i dont THINK i know what it means. i could be wrong and i might

  • @chicojim23 Banter's actually really hard to define.

Right. Basically, banter is when someone goes:

    "Oh hey, how's it going?"

And you reply: "Better before you got here".

If you're joking, then that's banter - it's saying something mean that's funny. If you say the above seriously then it's just mean.

  • @lizzielonglegs i understaND

  • trailer sucked ass but, the desciption wuz better. so I'll give this a chance.

  • is this fanmad?

  • i had to do a movie trailer on this it was cool

  • "Becomes an Epic Motion Picture." <--- So True!

  • If I were Winnie, I would have drunk from the spring and went after Jessie.

I think what makes life worth living is the love within it, not the cycle of changing like Angus said. Life seems rather futile and pointless...wouldn't you rather spend an eternity with the person you love the most, than so brief a time before succumbing to old age, disease, or worse, before fading into nothingness? Give me forever with my man, any day.

  • @SpunkStalker101 I'd drink from that spring and spend eternity with my girl so fast my face would explode.

  • Whats the song called from 0:28-0:42

  • @zargan717 enya sings it..idk the name of the song though..sry :(

  • @zargan717 Book of days by enya ( i love that song too)

  • My school gave us this book to analyze it, at first, i thought it would be boring, but honestly the book is AMAZING!

  • I would've drinken anything for jesse!

  • In the book Winifred Foster is 11 years old.

And Jesse; one of the Tucks sons are 17z

  • @carizashine13 Winnie is 11 jesse drank the water when he was 17 and looked like that forever but he is actually 104 years old.

  • I couldn't stop thinking about the book, I can't wait until I watch the movie :)

  • what song is this!?!?! ughh! i know its by enya but like really!!!!! what is it?!

  • @KaylaaMae : It's "Book of Days" By Enya ^^

  • I just read the book yesterday night after watching the movie, but in the book, it just bothered me that she gave the water to a freakin' toad!!!! I couldn't fall asleep till 1 am, I kept on thinking about it. lol, and now i'm watching the movie. Again :P

  • I got teary eyed watching the movie and reading the edn of the book. It was so sad!! :(

  • @halliooooooooooooo ikr! DX

  • I cried when I read this book as a child... then I heard there was a movie.. and I cried at the movie too. :)
