dammit! lol anyways the best way to work out your grip is to hold free weights with both palms of your hands firmly placed on the sides of it. Hold it for at least 5 - 10 minutes to feel some burn. Do about 10-15 reps. Total about an hour or so. Hope that helps!

No the best way to improve the grip is to take an old broom handle (cut it about 16" long) and attach a weight plate to a rope (whatever weight you are comfortable with) and tie the rope onto the broom handle now hold the handle at arms length out in front of you as if you were holding onto a ski handle, now rotate the broom handle thereby rolling the rope onto the handle until it is all the way to the top, then reverse and slowly un-roll the rope until the weight is completely unrolled, repeat.
