Oh man, I remember when I was in China this summer. We were in a tour bus, it start pouring visibility was 10 meters, what made it worst is looking out the windshield was like watching a waterfall! Theres the only thing you can see out of the main windshield was the lights of the cars ahead of you. That wasn't the worst part, even though it was pouring the driver drove at 100 KPH passing vehicles!

I dont get the law in USA that you dont need to have your headlights on. Its so much easier to crash into someone when they are off all the time. A law here where i live says that you have to have the headlights on at all times. Just saying!
