@MICDAMONK If I were you, I'd wait until September and pick up Green Lantern Corps #1. DC is in the process of rebooting many of its comics, so the newer issues will be much easier to follow if you wait until then. :D

I've heard nothing but good things about the blackest night, goeff johns definitely writes the illest stories hands down. I've scooped issues 1-4 so far and am dying for this arc to end so I can read it (i hate being strung along month after month), only 4 more to go. But yea sweet review. Without sounding too creepy i must say that you are gorgeous...and you read comics! How come there are no women like you in Chicago... what is this gaaabage? anyway, I'll check out ur next review. ciao

1st off ur pretty cute. 2nd I get how they're making dead heroes into Black Lanterns. Like Aquaman died and he was ressurrected into a Black Lantern. but here's th' thing I don't get: recently Batman "died" and he wasn't shown as a Black Lantern. Shouldn't that shout sumthin out? O_o

I keep hearing nothing but great things about Blackest Night, I totally missed out on the Lantern Corp. War so I'm gonna jump on this one now so I don't miss anything good. As far as review style maybe you could split the vid, the first section being the brief overview for people who don't want spoilers, then afterward a title screen spoiler warning then go in-depth if you want. That way, everybody's happy. At least, that's what I've seen some people do.

Actually, I'd like to see you be more thorough for the comics that you might feel deserve to be talked in depth about like BN or something you feel really enthusiastic about, and give out quick general reviews too for random stuff you might have picked up that don't need to be spoiled. I think it would be a good way to appeal to everybody and give yourself some more variety when it comes to making vids. You're doing awesome too btw :)

Don't get me wrong, I loved it! My only real complaint is the fact that Hal, Guy, John, and Kyle all managed to make time to celebrate the whole superhero memorial day thing. Guys, you're the protectors of a pretty freakin' big sector of space, and you ALL get Memorial day off? The Guardians of the Universe need to cut down on their paid benefits!

Actually this was explained haha. Hal and John were already off and the reason why Guy and Kyle were there is told in Green Lantern Corps #39. Guy says "Guess it worked out in the end being beam-slapped by the guardians to earth to be there for Tribute Day."

In the previous issue of GLC they were trying to stop unwarranted executions mandated by the guardians. They send them to Earth to get them out of their hair.

The pro/con notion can work. What I mean by general reviews, is just your normal way of critiquing. You are doing a fine job, but being a bit more critical would be bit more helpful; instead of giving an elongated overviews of the comic (granted it is extremely helpful for promotional).

From the main GL book to Tales of the Corps all in all a solid summer event. DCs best in... I forget the last time they had a good one besides Sinestro Corps. Im hoping they have Shane Davis do more than just covers, his Rage of the Red Lanterns one shot was off the chain. I think issue 2 comes out today. Another fun video and thanks for the shout out.
