Im going through this right now and the audit came back telling me that my loan was Toxic,my case was in district court now Im taking it to Federal court.Im suing the mortgage company as of now. Let me know what else you been through with your Audit.

I have a case that will blow your mind. Unfortunately the state departments are unethical even when presented with over 80,000 in payments never credited. The Division of Banks did not want to read thru all our documents because I had a complete papertrail from 96 -03. I was told by D of B employee that he is not an accountant he chose not to read or send our proof with our complaint. The response from the bank is based on false info cause D of B employee is guilty of dereliction of duty.
