The original song is by Deux and is called "Yorum Aneso" or "In Summer". The girl you're talking about is Seo Yeon; she covered the song on her album a few years ago. Deux was a duo and were pretty damn popular a few years back, but then one of the guys was murdered and that was the end of them. The other went solo, but I don't know anything more than that.
