Damn I wish I was there...I didn't get a chance to see them when they were in Chicago, but the last time M83 was in town I saw them at a place called, "The Empty Bottle"...yikes...I crowd was about as lifeless as it gets...it was just filled with hipsters that showed up there because they heard M83 was a cool band that cool people listened to...I was like, "WHY AREN'T YOU DOUCHEBAGS DANCING?????!!!!!" MONTREAL knows how to live it up!! Great vid!!!
they played this as the encore last night. it lasted longer than this version for sure; probably around ten minutes. i don't know why tho, many people in the crowd were post modern elitists. what ever a lot of people still danced.
Don't feel bad. I saw them in NYC at Webster Hall on Friday and I literally saw only two people dancing throughout the show. It was kind of sad. NYC crowds never dance. Maybe the only time I've seen them get wild is during a Cut Copy show.

personally I don't dance at shows.
I usually have a few drinks and enjoy myself.
however though, it is better to have few people dance, than to have people mosh at this;
which I witnessed during an Explosions in the Sky show in Boston.
