  • これぞ,私が過去所有してたレコードで友人に貸して紛失した,素晴らしい音楽です。

    何とか再発売願うのですが,叶いません。動画が殆ど無いのが無念です。

    upされた方に感謝❤

  • one of their best pieces.

    Beautiful!!!!

  • I love their sound, & went their gig(2 times both) in Tokyo . I can't forget.

  • Entrancing!!!

  • I ve got this LP for over 20 Years, but no Player :-((

  • ...with Don Cherry!

  • Awesome, thanks for this

  • Still sounds great after more than 25 years.

    Thanks for uploading it!

  • This is good shit! I think I have found my new favorite band, but of COURSE their albums would be unavailable! I don't think they have ever been released on CD except for a "Best Of".

  • Don't Forget the bassist, Sean Oliver, who sadly passed away due to sickle cell anaemia. I think the other band name they used is Float Up CP.

  • Is that the same Sean Oliver who wrote Terence Trent D'arby's "Wishing Well"?

  • Yes! I had the pleasure of seeing them live at the first WOMAD festival in Shepton Mallet in 1982. The English Beat, Peter Gabriel, The Burundi Drummers....magical. I saw Neneh dance with the Slits when they opened for the Gang of 4 here in NYC. What memories!

  • And . . .his sister Andrea was also in the band and continues to perform both in theatre [Vagina Monologues] and as a braosdcaster for Selecta radio on net . . . as well as his neice being Miquita Oliver - what a talented family !

    RIP Sean.

  • Beautiful man, sadly missed. Good to hear people carrying on his memory. To explain it! To explain it! XXX

  • I've got just everything from them. Good band ! Also made an album under a different name. I think that's where this number is from. I'll check it. Funky free.

  • On this date in 1982, Rip, Rig & Panic released their fourth single, "Storm The Reality Asylum". It was backed by "Leave Your Spittle In The Pot". The A side appeared on their second album, I Am Cold. The B side was a non-LP track. The band formed when The Pop Group disbanded. The band included Gareth Sager and Bruce Smith, formerly of The Pop Group, and Neneh Cherry, formerly of The Slits.

  • @Devito46 Neneh as in Ms. "Buffalo Stance"? No shit...

  • Never heard this, have two lps of them, which I practically never listened to; don´t know why. Cheers for adding

  • Love them.. Love this song, hard to find, but worth it! Cheers.
