The definition of distortion is the masses waiting for the next Justin Beiber album to drop, The spiritual sense has been bought and used to feed the monster under the industry, its grease when it comes from the rectum and fed down the pipe to the society and the lost culture is a maniacal departure from lives too blind to open their eyes, and the pains in the stomach will be regurgitated a tomahawk to split the brains of the divided culture the whole ride I pray that the circus to implode peace
sorry guys but tool kinda sucks! however dalek fuckin rules! sorry fools! open yer ears! this is beautiful and punishing music! step outside of your typical shit! cheers!!!!
I went to go and see Tool two days ago (FUCKING AWESOME) and these guys opened for them. Halfway through Tool's performance, they Grabbed Dalek and played with them. :) I like this guys.
in my opinion, i find this far more interesting alternative hip-hop than anything Atmosphere, or Jedi Mind Tricks has done mainly because i like the experimental/industrial/noise influences that very few hip hop groups have.done. Also this coming from a metalhead that really like extreme, abrasive music.
no i unfortunately seen these guys live, they were opening for tool (wtf?)
basically, one guy gives felacio to the microphone just standing there, and some bald guy walks back and forth occasionally hitting something on a mac. all the distortion in their songs just made a horrible fuzz that you couldnt get out of your head.
it was a very unfortunate opener, i hope to never see them live again.
@Geordi87 that's too bad, we opened for them in France in '05, they had a great MC, a guy doing beats with an MPC type device, and a great dj, scratching/yelling into the needle/playing through effects, very great use of Merzbow or similar samples, guess they've mellowed out or just simply dropped the noise influence
ppl!if u like this go find HOMICIDE indonesian revolutionary hiphop/spoken word.thier influence is by from ashes rise, his hero is gone!!!and this is a fan talking!
i saw dälek live. they kicked with much more energy than most hardcore/punk/metal bands i ever saw. in fact i thought: that´s like black flag or the bad brains must have been in their heydays.
Great song, Dalek is one of the most innovative rap groups today. :] New album is one of the best from 2009. PS. I'm suprised that this band have more fans from experimental/metalheads than hip-hopheads.
Killer tune, love the lyrics, beats, that buzzing "chainsaw" sound at the star and the amazing dark ambience. Keep spreading the word, they deserve it.
Buy their albums. Support the underground.

Why are you surprised by that? Their sound has more in common with industrial than with most hiphop
