  • I think the arrest might have been a little much. However when she was told to go inside, she should have for safety reasons. What if the suspect pulled a hand gun out of his pants and started shooting?... we'd have a dead lady on her front lawn. I guess some people need to think outside of the box.

  • FUCKEN PIGS

  • Emily, the only reason I came here was because I heard the story from the other room. One moment you're acting all bad ass, then you're crying like a litte 10 year old that was sent to her room. Freakin hilarious! You deserve to have the cops come film you some morning when you're laying on the couch picking your ass, with your hair all bent up, with morning breath, going to the can...etc............oh yeah be sure it gets posted here too.

  • The only crime I see is the officer trespassing. Good is on HER property and not doing anything illegal!! and she get's arrested!! Some people just don't know how to handle the authority that comes with a gun and a badge. I wonder if the councilman would have the same outlook if it was his wife that had been arrested? I doubt it!!

  • Wat if robotic cops were invented

  • The more I watch YouTube, the more I hate cops....

  • NEVER...I mean NEVER make a complaint at a police department, go there, get the paperwork, don't give your name, leave, fill it out, send it certified mail. I know someone who was charged with harrassment in the lobby, simply to discredit them, once the cops knew what the complaint was going to be.

  • All she had to do was keep her mouth shut and never make any comments....Never talk to cops....

  • The good news is those officers after she slapped a civil suite on their asses, came 'back' and tried to issue citations for 12inches from the curb. Of course, their boss thew those out knowing it was completely done in retaliation. I'm not quite sure what happened to the officers, but hopefully fired feeding their families at the bread line.

  • Cops like that are in every town. I was a victim of a work of few deputies that abused their powers to squeeze $1500 out of my wallet. Since then, I have no respect to any uniformed outlaw. They may lay down shot on the side of the road, and I will give as much shit about them, and their families as they did about me.

  • I love how cops and cops lovers defend the police no matter what, pretty easy to see from the comments who is who

  • @chiefkyle1 so its bad to question authority?

  • If they would do their job correctly there should be no worry about a harmless camera.

  • the woman was hoping for a rodney king type deal so she can have the footage and get paid, point blank the officer ask you to stop, then just stop, you do it your way your gonna get burned,i cant stand it when people fell to follow orders get cuffed now they are victims fuck that ,the woman had her own personal agenda, like she gave a rats ass about the black guy

  • @12dance4u1

LMAOOOOOO. Look up 4 officers gunned down in Oakland, and enjoy! Your comments are why people look and read such material. It doesn't matter if she knew the black man. We don't live in China where the government holds the power. Haven't you heard the concept 'we the people'(?), dumbass? It's not only legal to film a public 'servant' conducting his daily duties, but EVERY citizen should do it. It's 'our' dime moron!

  • Well of course they were uncomfortable. They probably planned on beating the hell out of someone else. And her camera made them feel uncomfortable stopping people for no reason.

  • Only crooked cops feel "Uncomfortable" about being filmed.

  • Kidnapping and trespass at the very least. Put this pig in jail!

  • We have Cops like this and fortunately they are FORMER Cops. Our former Chief of Police's household is so far responsable for: Hot Checks Narcotics Conceled Handguns Prohibited weapons Burglery Theft Forgery of a Finacial Instrument Deadly Conduct (4 times) D.U.I. They probably wouldn't like me filming them from my own front yard either.
  • People get beat up and killed all around the world for having cameras. Give mankind another 50 years and we'll be carrying around clubs and grunting at each other.

  • @hughster41 Whatever.

  • I still think the reporter chick would be hot in the sack....

  • @hughster41 So if you were a cop and pulling over a suspected gang member you'd be just fine with their buddy pointing something at you? What if she was from the same gang and filming the cop to see what he looked like?

And if you were Emily Good. Would you like the cops to go around following you with a camera whenever you're on public property/within range of it?

And yes she is scum. See her smiling in her interviews? Sounds like an attention whore to me.

  • @hughster41 I don't look like a troll. Or act like a troll. Being blunt with my opinion on the attention whore emily good isn't trolling. If I were trolling you would have just fed me...

    Either way you're a retard.

  • she is a dumb bitch ok when the cops say please go inside you should listen, what if this person they were areesting had a gun and she ended up getting shot? she should have gone back in the house. I'm not saying there isn't profileing but she had an ajenda and everyone in Rochester knows it.

  • She looks like scum and acts like scum.

    Therefor, she is scum.

  • I'm on her side, but I have a few questions. First, what did she say to the police before filming that caused them to think she was anti-cop? (Was he making that up?) And what is the definition of interfering with or obstructing justice? (Filming from your porch qualifies?) And what constitutes making a police officer feel unsafe? (Very subjective.)

  • Good for her! He says he arresting her for disobeying an order? Seriously? Since when was it illegal to stand on our front yards.....the cop was a jackass and totally deserves the bad media he's getting over this. They have way too much power and I've never seen one of them not abuse it. Show me a good, honest and fair cop and I might change my mind, but I really don't think they exist. They are all like these guys and most of them worse!

  • HER FILMING THE TRAFFIC STOP WAS NOT WHAT MADE HER COMFORTABLE. AT NO TIME DID HE SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE VIDEO AND HE ALLOWED OTHERS TO CONTINUE TO TAPE!!

WOW How people twist stuff right in front of their faces!

  • cop should have put a cap in this yentas ass

  • @vet725 Nah, he should put in yours.

  • @chiefkyle1 I wish he did ignore her because now that con artist has the sympathy of the public

  • @chiefkyle1 Don't be so naive, the video is edited. She was in his face before she went on her porch, but she edited the clip to frame the situation in her favor. Just because you didn't see it on the news doesn't mean it didn't happen. And distractions are part of the job, but I wouldn't want to put up with an obnoxious bitch like Emily Good while I am handling gang members on a dark street. What harm would going inside have done? None, she just wanted to push buttons.

  • @chiefkyle1 What's ignorant is people commenting on a video and pretending to know the law like a lawyer just because they can Google the amendments of the Constitution, and then proceeding to judge the situation based on an edited video clip of a situation that was SET UP by a police agitator who has been previously arrested for the same offense.

  • @chiefkyle1 He never asked her to stop filming, he simply asked her to go in her house. If all she wanted to do was film the traffic stop as she claims, she could have done so from within her house.

The point is, a court will not convict the officer for an unlawful arrest because he acted within the law, and he caused the woman no harm.

  • @chiefkyle1 (1) There is no proof he had biased motives of any kind (2) He was not yelling or cursing, so how can you say he was mad? (3) He should have arrested her when she was in his face with the camera, before she went on her porch (4) She was an unnecessary distraction during the traffic stop of known gang members (5) Asking someone to go in their house is not an abuse of power, it is a request (6) She was non-compliant (7) Started it purposely (8) His feelings are not part of the equation

  • @bavariamotorist the idea that non-compliance with police authority is a crime is such a joke. the idea that her filming was interfering with the performance of their duties is an even bigger one. They could've completely ignored the otherwise troublesome camera and performed their duties as required and none of this would've happened. The only thing she interfered with was their desire to beat up on some minorities. It is not a crime to film police, no matter what you think or believe.

  • If this was such a wrongful arrest then why did her 6' 2" husband do nothing but continue to film her being taken away? Nice job protecting your wife! She said she knew the man being questioned. This was a set-up from the beginning! The man being questioned, Emily Good, and her husband planned this entire escapade. A nice little activist/anarchist plot. Now they are going to try to profit from it. Nice job trying to "stop racial profiling"... Yeah right!

  • @bavariamotorist It was her property, they weren't there for her. They had no authority to force her into her house. No.

  • @themeekshallrule They didn't force her to do anything until she was put under arrest. The officer asked her to go in the house, where she easily could have continued to film without being obnoxious.

  • @bavariamotorist Point is she should not have had to go through any of this, period. No, a cop cannot just arrest you for no reason. Well, they can, but they you sue the crap out of them and win money. Like I'm sure she will. Stupid cops need to just do their jobs stay off the roids or whatever makes them act the way they do, and leave people alone.

  • @themeekshallrule She didn't have to "go through" anything; she instigated the police intentionally. And as I mentioned before, this is not her first time being arrested for the same offense. Coincidence? No.

  • @bavariamotorist No sorry but whatever you call "good faith" here, does not make what she did illegal. Cops can't just arrest people because they want to. This is America and people have rights. As the video showed, she did nothing wrong and complied with the police. She was also on her own property. The police had no right to do what they did here.

  • @themeekshallrule I am not saying she should be sitting in jail right now for what she did that night. What I am saying is that the officer's arrest was not an illegal arrest. And even the "full video" does not show the entire story, so I don't think you should make your assumptions based on that.

  • @themeekshallrule Also, she did not comply. Compliance would have been moving into her home, where she could have continued filming without any problem.

  • @chiefkyle1 The officer acted in good faith, and that is not unlawful.

  • Having a public servant retaliate against the very public that pays his salary that puts food on his table and a roof over his head is unacceptable.

We need to vote in politicians who will:

    Cut their pay

    Cut their overtime

    CUT THEIR BENEFITS!

Democrat, Republican it doesn’t matter… you are all my fellow Americans and I do not pay taxes to have my fellow Americans treated like crap. And I sure as hell don’t pay taxes to have my local public servant act like a home grown terrorist.

  • only happens in the U.S ... hahaha poor Americans.

  • What kind of world are we living in, she said? mmm Germany of the 1950s.

haha America is more like a nazi state these days,You have those Fat nazi's at the airport the TSA who grope women with dirty gloves with the whole hands down the pants nonsense, then you get body slammed if you dance at the memorial site by dumb asses.

I'm sure glad I aint an American, because you guys are being slowly taken over by sad fat perverted goons who have zero tolerance for the people they are protecting .

    wakeup.

  • So the police want to create a big light show visible from far away

but you can't record it on tape? Even from your front yard? Screw that. Fire the moron(s).

  • So it's against the law to stand in your yard? That's insane.

  • Thus the reason I hate cops!

  • Last night on coast to coast am this was the topic and a Rochester cop called in basically justifying what his buddy did and at the end of the call he knew he sounded like a moron so he tried to change his tone but to no avail

  • bunch of assholes

  • That is real face of Yugoslavia!

  • Comment removed

  • @vampgirl092 I saw the full video and she was standing in her front yard. Why in the hell should she go back in to her house? Oh I see ....just because cop said so. An idiot like you does not deserve freedom.

  • @vampgirl092 " the cop asked her repeatedly to go back in her house"

The cop if free to ask that.. But it is not a lawful order and she didn't need to comply.

Those are the facts.. Charges were dropped because as the prosecutor admitted there was no case, no evidence supporting the charges at all. The police also lied on the police report.. They said they pulled over 3 known gang members, a lie.

I will add that the news acts in favor of the police and not citizens.

  • @vampgirl092: On MY property you'd best not think you can order me into my house for ANY REASON. It's MY FUCKING LAND, motherfucker!!!! I don't give a fuck WHO you are!!!!

And fuck ALL the PIG-LICKERS who make excuses for that kind of abuse!!!!

Folks,if some boot-hole, who thinks he has some spurious position on you, tries to tell you what events you can, and cannot film, from your OWN PROPERTY, you have a DUTY to STAND YOUR GROUND!!!!

  • @Guitarfollower22: Here's a fucking clue: These jackheads supposedly WORK FOR US. If convenience store clerks have to be willing to be videotaped while doing their work, the all the more for these badge-holes.

As for the "ads"argument bullshit, ad images are subject to financial remuneration under commerce law. Journalistic images are not. So much for your little know it all theories, pig-licker.

And the police do not have the right to be distress free.

  • @mowgli2071 Yo penis, she was intervening in a police traffic stop (ALIRGHT COCK-SUCKER I KNOW MY SHIT MY BRO'S A COP), and if you do that, ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY ASK YOU TO STOP, they can arrest you. Ya get the fuck outa here you anarchist

  • arnold felt good for arresting a woman we need more cops like him to take law abiding citizens off the street not

  • The problem is the police aren't the ones who's safety was in danger here. It was the man who was pulled from his car for being black and a girl being arrested for being liberal. There was no danger whatsoever posed to the officer. The man was already in handcuffs and there were three other offices surrounding the man. He knew she had a camera in her hand. There was no threat. Most police officers would agree that she was unlawfully arrested. Pretty simple stuff.S.N:THIS GUY IS AN PUNK!!!

  • @alsecretcode495 I agree and add..

Masic said he and other officers were making a traffic stop of three known chalkem south gang members at the time of the incident.

I see one handcuffed man talking about how sick he is.

I was trained at Monroe Community College to lie about events on police reports.. "creative writing"

A story about lying can save you, if you kill people.. Slam a person head first into the ground? Say you were escorting them to the ground... ext

  • According to title 18, part 1, chapter 119, subsection 2511 of the U.S. Code, this constitutes communication interception and is punishable by up to 5 years in jail. She did commit a crime according to federal law...that being said, this is a bullshit arrest.

  • @lectric12

    title 18, part 1, chapter 119, subsection 2511

    (2) D

There is no expectation of privacy in public. Anybody in proximity is a "party" to the communication.

  • @lectric12This law will never stand up to scrutiny. At least in this fraudulent application.

  • Thug police don't know what the law is! How can you call yourself a law enforcement officer when you don't even know the laws? You can't just make up laws or "put people in jail" on the fly. Even worse your dumb faces are on camera, so you are really screwed. Do your jobs protect people and leave innocent people the fuck alone!

  • @themeekshallrule Don't be ridiculous. The officer acted in good faith, and that is enough to make the arrest. It got tossed out in the end, so stop bitching. Also, just FYI, the girl who was filming was arrested for the same offense before. Do you think that is a coincidence? She intentionally provokes the police.

  • Difference between a policeman and a criminal is a policeman has a badge police is nothing but trailer trash with a badge and a overpaid job and when he was young he got his ass kicked every day that's reasoning they hates other poor people police are armed and retarded they will hurt or kill you given any chance they love the ruling class they are lapdog for them they will do anything they're told they are the common enemy of the people and always will be

  • @KYKIN44: The police are there to protect the rich from the poor. Not the poor from the rich, or the poor from the poor. Or pretty much the poor from anything.

  • Some lawyer is going to make some good money on this case

  • There will always be a few bad cops; they are human, and make mistakes just like everyone else. I'll take that over a place without any cops because there are some seriously mean and evil people in this world cops have a hard time protecting citizens from. I have no idea what happened before she started filming.

From what I can see, it was dark, he was doing a dangerous job and it would certainly be unnerving seeing silhouettes lurking around.

  • @nalusurfa I've been to places without any cops at all.. 800 number and a trip on the interstate to get there..

    Great places.. almost no crime.

I argue that cops create crime.

  • His ego and adrenaline probably took this too far, but again, I don't know what happened before filming started and I can't see what was happening behind that camera.

  • BTW Alyona, the woman was arrested for obstructing governmental administration, NOT for filming the police.

  • I would love to see how long Good would last with her gang member "friends" before being raped, robbed, or running back to her rich white privileged family in the suburbs. if you think the police are "fascist" for arresting a phony "activist" loud mouth fool for being obnoxious/impeding their investigation, then you should read a book besides Rules for Radicals.

  • @bavariamotorist You are a coward. I grew up in Rochester.

The cops are a bigger problem here.

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin

I'm sorry if you think our founding father were radicals or terrorists or what ever beliefs have bent you into such and anti-American point of view.

  • @abram730 I am neither a coward nor anti-American, and attacking me does not do you any good nor does it discredit the facts that I have stated. And excuse me if I don't agree with your likening of Emily Good to one off the founding fathers.

  • Emily Good and her associates at SDS/Copwatch are fools and also champion other "causes" like allowing people who do not honor their contracts by not paying their bills to live in their houses for free. In Emily Good's ideal world the police don't exist AND you don't have to pay your bills! She sounds like a reasonable person to me.

  • @bavariamotorist America was built by people who didn't honor their contracts.

What loss did the bankers suffer? They loan money that didn't exist before the loan. In many cases they couldn't prove the right to take possession of the homes.

  • So you are in favor of people not honoring their contracts for no good reason? That's reasonable.

  • @bavariamotorist Bankruptcy is an example of not honoring contracts. Are you against that?

  • @bavariamotorist: Thanks! you just got me interested in copwatch!

  • If you do a little digging on the woman who was arrested, Emily Good, you will see she has been arrested for the same offense before. She intentionally provoked the officer and edited the tape to disguise what really happened. She is a left-wing anarchist and the whole thing was a setup.

  • if u do a lil' dign on Masic u will find a lot more misconduct on his behalf. He has beaten my husband unlawfully n then threatened my husband after an illegal stop.Contact me for more info. on sub.

  • Don't you need a warrant to go on someone's property?

  • the cop is being way too paranoid I think he needs to be psycho analyzed and put at a desk for awhile

  • fascists.

  • #1: Yes, the police were wrong in this case.

#2: It's sad the number of comments stating they should be "killed" or "shot"

#3: She was warned, multiple times

#4: Most importantly, they were doing their job. Agreed, it'd be interesting to see what was said before by Ms. Good. Regarding police and doctors, or any other public servant - let them do their job. More distractions mean they can't do their job properly/safely and then shit like this (or worse) can happen.

  • @1chrispbacon "Most importantly, they were doing their job" Arresting people without reason is not 'doing their job'. She could have easily been ruled out as a potential threat, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the officer asked her to go inside and SHE DIDN'T. He ORDERED she didn't comply. His irritation with that refusal is the ONLY reason for her arrest. The big problem is he has NO LEGAL RIGHT to order her to leave her own lawn... I'm glad she resisted.

  • The police were wrong. Talk about being facist.

  • like bad criminal movie...

  • That's messed up......

  • I would like to know what she said to him before she started recording?

Because i found it odd that she got arrested for filming cops arresting people.

  • @milesthered This cop is fascist and America is a fascist country; google the 14 points of fascism. Also, Emily Good was legally entitled to kill these cops; I wish she would have.

  • Folks, cops are doing their best. They protect and serve. They are getting shot and killed every day across this country. People don't value life anymore and that is what goes through their head every traffic stop they make. Just last year we had 3 cops shot in the line of duty. He asked her a few times to go inside and she refused. Arresting was maybe a bit much but let them do their job.

That car they pulled over lead to three well known gang members being put in lock up. Well done gentlemen.

  • @MrEjkazu

Do you think arrested she was bit too much? maybe because she is not your mom. i have 34 years old, in my life i never needed help from police however the times that i was humiliated by cops go beyond the numbers of my years of life. cops are bandit licensed by the government and pay with our money (cop) England is the only place where i saw good cops and not animals with distinctive.

  • @MrEjkazu If your affraid of a woman with a camera then you should not be a cop. If you just make up your own rules as you go along and violate peoples rights then you should not be a cop. If you think the badge and gun means you are somehow above the law then you should not be a cop. This officer should not be cop. It has nothing to do with what great jobs others are doing, there is no excuse.

  • When the police give you an order, you follow it, democracy huh?

  • Welcome to the new police state. People giving away their rights for the ILLUSION of safety.

  • This is unacceptable! Who protects us from our protectors? When it gets down to the bottom of everything, who protects WE THE PEOPLE? "Typically, I tell people when the police give you an order, that you should follow it, even if you don't like it." THE STATE IS NOT GOD! This is ridiculous. The people aren't going to keep tolerating this, this is not okay. Power trip much, officer? 'Anti-Police?' Without us, you wouldn't have a job, Officer.

  • @Marmaleet They only protect and serve their masters, not us.

  • pig

  • Well done for broadcasting this display of pathetic behaviour! The mainstream media will never have the guts to do this.Your show is doing a brilliant job of shining a light on what is so very wrong in the former Land of the Free and Home of the Brave!

  • China

  • This is why people learn to distrust cops. Anti police what a joke. You step into my yard, you know what,, you'll pull back a bloody stump. Try and arrest me in my own yard and you'll have more trouble than you hoped for.....

  • @gerty335 I think it should be a law that we get to shoot law enforcement.

  • hope they get charged for trespass and assalt , come on america stand up for this woman .cant u c wat ur gov r doing

  • hope they get charged for trespass and assalt , come on america stand up for this woman

  • This kind of police behavior should create a violent reaction among the public. How does the police department stay in business when their officers are behaving this way?

  • @nicholas9999 if police burning 90 kids alive in waco, texas in 1993 didn't create any violent reaction among the public, what can this funny case create ? don't be silly.

  • @MrViTopol - 1) I think you've got your facts wrong, 2) 1993 is a long distance from now, 3) there are 10,000 differences between the ATF FBI Koresh case and this one. But thanks for sharing.

  • @nicholas9999 how does american war mongers stay in power conducting 3 open bloody wars and tens of covert wars ?

  • Obedience is the great multiplier of Evil....

  • Alyona, you seam anti police

  • Law system sucks. They are the biggest hypocrites in the world. They can kill people and get away with it but if we nick a banana we are arrested. They can film us yet if we film them we're arrested. HYPOCRITES!!!

  • Fuck Rochester ... everybody move and pull your money from their infrascructure. They don't deserve your hard earned money .

  • Fuck the cops

  • "...Yeah... this is pretty fucked up, but it's pretty funny how Ms. Tough girl starts bawling like a little bitch when she is getting arrested..." - TheBeardedMarxist

    L-O-L...that WAS hilarious...

  • Sadly, it seems that this chick walked right into custody. "I need you to stay in your house, Guys..." "...Stand in your house..." "...You're gonna be under arrest..." "...You know what, you're gonna go to jail..."

  • ...None of those statements are absolute orders of disbursement or arrest, they are suggestions. Cops "suggest" things all of the time, that mark-ass suckers walk right in to. She should have told them whatever she wanted and walked inside. Instead, she wanted to get cute and mess around, not knowing her rights and abilities within the law...and it's now this...oh, well!

  • This means that America has abandoned the principles of free markets and capitalism.

Private property is the right to the highest possible under capitalism, and this means that America is heading toward fascism and socialism / communism.

  • @EkonomijaSlobode NEWS FLASH FOR U. THERE'S FASCISM IN AMERICA ALREADY. WHERE ARE U ?

  • @MrViTopol - If you were in a truly fascist state the woman would've been shot out of hand, Alyona would now be sitting in some dank cell somewhere having her fingernails ripped out for broadcasting the image and you'd be wetting yourself in fright just in case the secret police saw your comments and may be planning to raid your home and haul your sorry ass to a concentration camp. Please stop bandying around the term fascism when you haven't got a clue what it means.

  • @milesthered

fas·cism/Noun A couple of dictionary definitions

    1. An authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization.

    2. (in general use) Extreme right-wing, authoritarian, or intolerant views or practice.

Fascism has come to mean authoritarianism, intolerance, and suppression. Does this have to include torture and be applied totally before you will consider it fascism?

  • @Pineverends - Even by the definitions you provide the actions of the police in this video or in general cannot be defined as fascist nor can the United States itself be called fascist. The cop in this video is just being an ass. He'll probably end up being punished for making the local police department look stupid than for his actions.

  • words fail me.

  • Emily Good was entitled to kill this fascist cop and I wish she would have. I hope some intrepid citizen goes into this police department and kills all the fascist pigs that work there.

  • Nice Country!!! Cops have to much rights and nothing to fear!

  • i wish this would happen to me, that cop would be sued for his last dime...what cops dont know is, they have no clue about what the actual law says lol thats why i am always hoping facing a cop,who thinks he is the law and above.....i am begging you,do this to and I will sue the cop individually and the city and make sure he is fired haha.....hopefully she hired a lawyer and sues the cop and the city

  • dumbass cops

  • When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty!!!

God bless Emily Good and THANK you Alyona!

  • Was that in Russia?

  • I live in Rochester, this is the first I've heard of it! Utter outrage!

  • In this clip there is nothing the woman is doing with the camera that is impeding him from doing his job and my understanding is there are no laws preventing her from filming what she sees. Whether the cop likes it or not is irrelevant but she would've been better off if she had simply asked "Am I breaking the law?" rather than argue with him about it. That's how I deal with obnoxious cops and it's worked every time.

  • @milesthered Why couldn't she film from inside her house? The officer did not ask her to stop filming, he simply asked her to go inside.

  • this will get worse and worse.....stop lying to yourself.....look at the numerous cases....where do you think this is all heading???....stand up and stop this now......

  • Emily thought she lives in a Democracy.

Oh by the way, FUCK THE COPS.

  • "you seem very antipolice"

    What the hell is that?

  • What if she has a security camera on her front door?

  • SUE THESE COPS!

  • police, they do that to meet their quota: arrest 1 per day, get that person a mugshot, and then release, maybe release after a cash hand-over... this is not just unique in america but in the uk and australia and who knows maybe in other countries too... fuck the police.

  • What happened to "if you're not doing anything wrong then don't worry that we're spying on you" (Patriot Act ahem). If it's the authorities it="you can't spy on me because I'm more powerful than you". Damn.

  • Why was Emily Good filming cops performing a routine traffic stop? Many people don't want to be filmed without their permission. It is irrelevant whether she was filming a police officer or someone else who did not want to be filmed. The smart thing to do would be to ask if those involved would object to filming the traffic stop. I would not want a stranger filming a traffic stop if I got pulled over. It would be none of their business. When police make lawful stops leave them alone.

  • @veniceit1 you are missing the point........what she did was not illegal, there are no laws against such acts, so why is she arrested, especially if she was on her own property?? She should have run into her house!

  • @veniceit1 perhaps she was suspicious of the so-called lawful stop? enough so that she felt the need to videotape what was transpiring before her. And in my opinion that hypothesis holds some weight when you consider the fact that in th end, the person being arrested was let go. Hmmmmm

  • @veniceit1 Filming someone in privacy (like their homes and such is wrong), filming in public should be allowed. If you don't wanna get filmed acting a fool or being pulled over, then don't break the law. Guess what also? You are filmed whether you like it or not during a traffic stop. What do you think all police cars have on their dash? I'd hope someone would film me when a cop is around. Something goes down, I don't wanna rely on the cops dash cam for evidence.

  • The United Police States of America!!

  • I'm making it a habit to film every police officer that looks at me the wrong way. I'm 6'3, darker skinned, and am the most likely to be pulled over late at night anywhere in my racist state. I don't leave home without my recorder and if the cop doesn't like it, he better learn that I can stream the info at anytime. Good luck stopping my filming.

  • lol @ alter ego of "in soviet russia"

  • effing disgraceful....this country blows anymore

  • What is happening to your country neighbours? If this shit doesn't stop soon we'll cut the power and shut off the oil, maybe give you a chance to take your country back.

  • IM FROM rOCHESTER AND THIS IS SOME BULLSHYT !!!

KEEP FILMING THOSE COPS JUST BE CAREFUL !!!

  • Cops are out of control. A cop can arrest you for little or no reason, humilate and handcuff you, and release your arrest and mug shot to the public so you further feel the humilation. However, if you videotape them to make sure they are doing their job right, you get in trouble. Police are no longer the good guys.
