It's too bad that Ron Paul is about 73 right now ... otherwise he might be the next president if everyone were to look back on his ideas, and those of his advisors and realise just how on the mark they have been.
Save your money? WTF!!!! This dude Glen Beck is a total F'ing retard.... Schiff just spent a whole segment telling us our money will be no good. Buy all the food you can, get non GMO seed and plant gardens asap!
60 percent of the voter population said they are not happy with either Obama or McCain.
If they they chose to vote 3rd party instead of for either of those clowns, we would elect a 3rd party candidate. How is that throwing away a vote?
Vote your principles. And eventually we can change this county. But if we don't take a stand by not voting for Republicrats, then things will never change.
Its not throwing a vote away, its leading the way to a better future, eventually the rest will follow.
the democrats and republicans are both responsible for this crisis. the clinton administration opened up the bubble and the market for this to happen and the Bush administration took advantage of it and increased the problems. It is time for a new party. a party that isn't beholdent to the old ways of pandering. neither obama or McCain could fortell this economic crisis was going to happen. do you really want one of these people in office if they don't even know what is going on in our economy?
Now it just so happens that Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin knew about the economic collapse about to occur, but instead of people listening to smart canidates they keep hoping that Obama or McCain can do something about this. well guess what, they can't? they don't understand the problem! yet Paul and Baldwing etc have been warning people for years.
i say you that wasting a vote is to vote for a Republicrat.
I think they both knew a lot. I don't think JMC understood or understands. Do you actually think that Obama doesn't know he's walking into a trap or at least doesn't appreciate how bad things are going to be?
Call, write, email your US Congressman and Representatives.
Do it now and tell them to stop the bailouts. If the Fed and Treasury want to provide "liquidity", then they need to give the money back to the people.
Giving money to failed financial institutions that are going to fail and leave us holding the bag, will bancrupt our country.
I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.- Thomas Jefferson
Any of you listen to Peter's radio show? It's nice to see him get the TV appearances but his radio show is a 100 times better. Unless of course he's tearing into some moron on Fox Business which is totally priceless.
the first time mainstream media allowed someone to say the end is near...wow..too bad it will soon be winter and people wont be as able to prepare...old people and folks on fixed incomes with no savings will likely starve or freeze or do with out meds this winter as things unwind...terrible times for america..
the fed didnt lower rates to day to try to keep the dollar stable for a bit longer.. lowering the rate would cause all holders of dollars to cash in and collapse the currency
yeah then 12 hours later they extended a line of credit to AIG worth 85 billion. so now the government controls 80% of the largest insurance company, and a considerable portion of the mortgage giants. All the while JP Morgan's estate has been buying up parts of Bear Sterns and now today WaMu. Soon in order to borrow money for anything you're going to go to either the government or 1-2 big private banks.
they know what they are doing, its got nothing to do with helping any body but themselves. Gosh, you dont think McLame would help any of these banks or any thing? HMMMM
Why is it Beck only gives respectful interviews to constitutionalists when we get to the point that there is no chance of getting a constitutionalist elected?

The 700 billion bailout states that
decisions by the Secretary are non-
reviewable by ANY COURT OR ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY. All power is consolidated IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH. Remember the S&L bailout
during the last BUSH admin. Remember a guy named Bin Laden who helped bankrupt the
USSR in Afghanistan who said he would do
the same to the US in IRAQ? Well guess what? Despite that, there are ppl out there who want 8 more years of republicans(BECK) or
throwing away their votes on 3rd parties.

60% was back in June. U would not get that
now. I laugh at Nader-he's anti Bush
after putting him in office & spending yrs hanging out with Grover Norquist.I support Obama b/c he has been anti DNC & doesn't
need DNC money-he can raise his own.
I will try to get "Bush Dog" DNC'ers
voted out. Ppl can't cope w/ambiguity
so they go with someone who offers
simplicity. YOU CAN ALWAYS BE RIGHT b/c
your guy cannot get in, WILL NEVER MAKE
MISTAKES and, like you, always be right.

Obama is another lackey for the DNC. thats why Biden is on his ticket, they have him on a short leash.
And McCain is just an idiot

He knows that he can't win if he gets in-
he can only win if he loses. Even with
the crisis 3rd parties won't make it
in 2012. All the Investment Banks won
40-1 loan reserves in 2001 or 2. W/o that,
no crisis. Your guys will never be able
to strong arm Congress-they will)))))))

silver is great for smaller purchases. in a crisis you would want alot of it.

Silver is good too. In fact, Peter says in his book that silver could offer MORE returns.

any life boats?
itubeutude 3 years ago
The main problem is that there is not enough production to keep up with purchasing.
When you have your hours cut from 48 to 33 (average for the US since WWII) and you buy 50% more it can't last.
Inflation at 10% (not .8%) and wages dropping is a forced tax on those who get the money last.

Yeah, but unfortunately as Mr. Schiff says there is nothing the Fed can do to stop the dollar from falling. And he's right of course.
