@Kitty8Tim I think you done well and worked hard! didnt see a problem with the technique apart from the swing could of been more explosive but still you kept good form in your back! Deep squats!!! love it! good work keep it up! :)
@Kitty8Tim Yer i saw on your other videos, watched a few of them lastnight, your really good and passionata about what you do, i have not done any Kettlebell stuff for a few years now but im getting back on it again, just got some 16kg kettlebells, was going to get the 24kg but cause im going to use them with my clients i thought id get the 16's first so im going to get the 8, 12 & 14's next and then ill get the 20, 24 & 28 for my own training :) look forward to seeing more of your videos. :)

@nomad806 Properly now for a year, but casually for about a year before that, on and off. My technique and strength have improved so much since last year. Plus I just did my KB instructors qualification a month ago. Loving the KBs :D
LOL!! come on! not THOSE shoes! lol...great work out as usual but girl i wouldnt be caught dead in those!! my friend at work wears them. we are hairdressers and she swears by them. uh no thanks..im sticking with my jimmy choos. haha..all in good fun ofcourse. to each his own....
@Kitty8Tim i actually wear asics wrestling sneakers. they come up to the ankle for good support and are really flat. its like working out barefoot as well...BUT a little more chic..LOL but hey enjoy your five fingers! i think you are an awesome gal by the way.
