  • really underrated movie

  • i liked this movie i wish they made a remake

  • Love this movie too. The ending song is hilarious.

  • ha ha ha. This is terrible.

It makes for an entertaining watch, though. ha

  • OMG i rememba they used to show this film alot on the scifi channel (as well as many other 70s n 80s films: too many to name though). BUT now things are different n those were the good ole days...

  • This was an awesome movie. Seriously. I liked it. It was different and I am now paranoid going to wax museums. Horror movie gem from the 80's.

  • Vastly underrated. A superior film in every which way. Superior cast and excellent story. Four stars out of four!!

  • one of those rare horror movies with class

  • 0:30 WTF !

  • Havn't watched this in years! It use to scare the booboo outta me! >.<

  • LMFAO

  • LOVE this movie. the vampire part is my favorite.

  • That have this on Netflix...instant play.

  • David Warner was awesome in this.

  • The sequel is kickass when Bruce Cambel is thrown into the movie.

  • IT DONT TAKE A LOT OF MONEY TO MAKE ART IT TAKES SKILL'S.

  • Ahhhhhhh, this was my very first Horrormovie :D Finally found it :)

  • This brings back memories, I used to watch this often as a kid lol The vampire scene was always my fave part :)

  • Betcha didn't know the midget from this movie was also the guy in the Gordon "ALF" Shumway costume.

  • I saw this movie,it was REALLY awsome. I played the AMIGA game,it was REALLY FUCKING awsome.

  • When a sign reads, "Do not touch," mind it.

  • ive actually never seen this movie, looks pretty good though! horror movies in this time rocked!

  • A bunch of great actors in a very low budget but well written storyline! Saw it in the theater then and still love it!

  • This was one of my favorite movies of all time. I wonder if there is a real place that has displays like this one, built on horror instead of movie stars. PS. The Marquis de Sade scene is hot...

  • @assflog I remember seeing something similar in San Francisco back in '96. It was actually quite disturbing, but enticing enough to the senses that you couldn't help keeping your eyes wide open. And, yes, there was a something closely resembling the Marquis de Sade's exhibit. I'll never forget seeing a severed head that looked ominously real. Have you ever read the Robert Bloch story "Waxworks?"

  • such an awesome movie, great cast, great effects for a low budget 80's flick.

" BUT MOM I NEED THE CAFFEINE" lol

  • @trenq13 Cheesy horror film, but likeable. I always liked the line "Dictators are the bad people with shouting voices and small mustaches."

  • best. movie. ever.

  • I was searching for this movie like crazy, and a awesome guy from youtube fund it, this is an awesome movie, thanks TheWolfman =)

  • this was my favorite film ever when i was 5 in 1989. and i had to always sing along at the end "it's my party and i'll cry if i want to, cry if i want to, you would cry too if it happened to youuu" I remember seeing waxwork 2 years later and being bored...but i think it's time to give it another shot

  • @sph1984 Yes, give it another shot. It's not as good as the first, but it does have its moments. I was fourteen when it came out and was never really scared by it but liked it for its endearment for "cheese." The same reason I've always been a "Tales From the Crypt" fan.

  • Remember that movie! Longtime ago!

    Tanks!

  • pavarotti at 1:03

  • The Movie's Great but is the sequel any good? I mean it's a streach, you know time travel other dimensions and all that. It's takes a good director to produce a film with these unstable elements without making it a flop.

  • Wow, this looks awesome. And it's American?! It gives off a 70s Italian horror feeling to me. Almost like a Lucio Fulci movie, with a couple of parts that look like Argento could have done them. Does the director of this have any other similar movies?

  • i love movies from back then because it was mostly puppets, make up, and sometimes little robots. i dont like some of the cgi crap they started putting in films. this one is a good one btw

  • yeah you know I've always thought the same shit. Atleast when they put puppets and costumes in movies, monsters were actually live on screen. Not this bullshit where a shitty computer image is pasted in later while acting is done shittily around it.

  • You Can't Beat David Warner, Practically every film I see him in turns out brilliant, Omen, Time Bandits and Star Trek V and VI

  • Holy shit, I haven't seen this movie for a long time, I watched it all the time when I was a kid. I gotta find this movie and part 2 too.

  • holy crap guys my uncle did the fire and explosions in this movie!!!!!!!!!!!! look up ray beetz

  • I have seen this movie so many times when I was small... this was the first scary movie I have seen...

  • lol i was born the year this movie was released :D

  • I like the bondage slave scene! lol

  • I loved it! I saw on Comcast with my dad the week of Halloween, and the end totally owns! I was kinda creeped out, tho, because I'm only eleven.

  • this movie is awesome!!!!!!!!!

  • this was a cool flick it is ashame that it is not as popular as it should be i own it on dvd.i think david warner is a good actor and the show made yah feel like you were haveing a good time for a hour and a half.

  • love this movie. never scared me though. i just think its hilarious!

  • I am a horror buff and i love this film and have done for many years. It was scary i thought.

  • if u dont like this movie u were either born too late or are just a hater!!! 80's horror forever!!!

  • @goldfangz hell fucking yeah!

  • i think i seen this movie boy it sure wasnt scary was ssstupid instead of real terror yeah right.

  • Reminds of one the stories from Tales from the cryptkeeper animater

  • The wherewolf scene scared the socks off me when I was a kid *shudders*

Then there's the part where the girl trapped in the vampire story realises she's eaten her boyfriend - gross!

Top 80's horror. It was nice to see Zach Galligan doing something again to.

  • Such a cool trailer, and a great 1st half. Too bad the climax was so much of a letdown, that it caused the movie to become forgotten.

  • one of my favourite movie. love it very much!

  • Never seen this before, thanks for adding! Why wasn't it on the DVD? Double Feature bare-bones released could have at least had these.

  • I love this movie!I remeber seeing it as a kid and thinking it so cool.

  • 00:31 thats Alf!

  • In the movie he actually says DICK not Dork. this was badley dubbed at 1:12..

  • will anyone actually down load the movie on here please.

  • waxwork is the best time-horrormovie ever made

    love this classic horror

  • I love the Dracula part :3

  • awesome movie!

  • 00:32 thats the little person who played ALF! ;D

  • I like this movie.

  • This movie was good unlike a lot of low budget film's.

  • Yeah. ;)

I'm playing the Waxwork Amiga game with DOSBOX. I've read, it's the bloodiest of all Amiga-games.
