    You look so much thinner than last time I saw you on video. Been a while I guess.

    Might be doing a colonic Friday if so I will just do a 1-2 day fast for that.

  • Wild animals really don't sleep, they rest for about 4 to 5 hours and then go about their day. I think that when people get closer to their natural diet, they must do the same. On the SAD diet, I could never seem to get enough sleep (10 hrs was a minimum), then I started taking vitamins and I started only needing 8 hrs a day of sleep which amazed me because I had 14 more hrs awake then before, now 70% raw, I only need 5 to 7 hrs sleep. So much extra time.

  • what protein powder/supplement do you use?

  • I wanna try a period just of green smothies mixed with fruits and super food :D

  • I needed this speak! I totally failed myself in my raw food journey today with bread with only a little gluten and I feel SICK. My hands and face is puffy my body is heavy I have cold sweat. well some people need to find out things the hard way I guess :D gotta get back on track tomorrow!

  • Be careful...be aware if its mind energy or physical. If the mind is racing take some coconut oil in the smoothie as its grounding...

    re doing things how about using that energy for charity work in the local area, helping the elderly or disabled etc...

  • Yeah, there no doubt that the green shakes and super food powders give me so much energy and when I'm training weight it makes me feel alive and ready to take on the world. I know runners feel that same way cause from time to time a do a 5 mile run and its like POW!!! so much energy. Anyway, thaks so much for all you do brother....Much Love and Respect:)

I have lost 11 pounds but it's more than that. I feel alive and well...I still have 45 50 pounds to go but hey...that will come...I just want to be fit. Enjoy my friend..

  • I sure hope I can do something like this. You look and sound so alive now. Your priorities are all sane and balanced. I just don't know how I am gonna manage going thru the changes of diet if I could barely handle a 2 week cleanse. Waiting for a time when I think I can live with the stress and not crack.   • be careful - when u start running you can´t stop :-). I think u like that synchronal sport it is like another form of meditation. All the best from germany and i am curios for the result after that 90 days.

  • Sleep is for healing. If you're not sleeping as much your body is much healthier.

    Of course there are exceptions like sleep disorders or aging where the body isn't working as hard at regenerating.

    In my opinion your body is thanking you.
