There shouldnt be a new porygon.. There is already 3 stages to its evolution... So, its not possible.. Then again.. Porygon is a computer program gone crazy... But still, shouldnt happen. Eevee is the only exeption to this rule with 7. Mayber more if any of these are evolutions for it.

I never had Blue, Red, or Yellow, but my friend told me that Missing No. was supposedly a Smeargle that the PokeMon Company hinted off.

apparently from seeing this video missing no. WAS what looked like random pixels and could only be found by glitching and could learn any move it wannted. Missingno did not show up in the pokedex. he was just some jacked up pixels. he did however have different pokemon cries whenn you find him.like he would sound like a rhydon you find another and he would sound like mew. idk why the designers would have missingno in red blue and yellow maybe something went wrong with programming not sure ..

sorry i was wrong. MissingNo was this phantom looking pokemon you encountered as a glitch and his cousin 'M is the pixely glitched one shown in this video. if you caught missingo or M people say it messes up your game. i can send you a link of a website that has more info than i can give you in 500 characters. i caught M but never saw missingno and nothing happened to my game.missingno basically looks like that one ghost you ahve to get rid of in lavender town (that creepy looking haunter type)
