That's an awesome gameplay ^_^. By the way, I'm Making my Gradius VI (6) ideas to send to Konami so you should upload a Gradius VI Master Hard gameplay with Japanese players showing those clips ^_^. And I figured out that you're not playing those high loop gameplays because you're not that far with those high loops XD. I know I'm not, I'm trying to practice on them ,:I.

Dude. I just bought it from Gamestop for around $9 bucks. (With my card. $9.99 w/o my card) It is on PS2. You don't need a torrent for this. You can afford to shell out a ten for a game like this. It is truly an amazing game. (And the Konami Code works on it!!)

first, you have to beat the game to unlock weapon edit mode. then, you select that power up in weapon edit mode when you begin a new game.

I hope you are kidding, good sir. Ikaruga is easy as hell. If it weren't for level four, I can (and have) beat levels 1-3 and 5 without losing a life. I find Ikaruga to be much easier than everyone else claims.

No, but after earning so many credits, you unlock free play, and then it's just a matter of cheats and patience to get to the higher loops.

No, this isn't gradius 3.

The dead give-away is a sense of guilt and some mercy.

Gradius 3 has a distinct sense of Misanthropism to it.

I.E. It doesn't make you start 3 minutes away from where you last died with only your puny gun and no options, whilst this one at least lets you stay where you died with your options if you can get them.

Thank goodness for a tiny hitbox, eh? This is one of the best shmups ever. I was lucky to be one of the 1st prize winners in the official contest when this game first came out. A lot of people had already been playing this game for months via import before it came out in the U.S., but not me. The high score contest only lasted one month but I managed to make it to the 2nd loop and get a fairly respectable score just a few days before the contest ended.
