Sauron vs Voldemort is a bad match-up since Sauron is a demigod of sorts. A better one would be Voldemort vs. the Witch King, since both of them have immortality that is wrapped around material objects, and thus actually can be killed forever. Sauron, on the other hand, can never be truly killed.

Voldemort may have a wand and 7 horcruxes but Sauron can't be killed by "Avada Kedavra" only by the Ring of Doom's destruction. In fact, I bet a few words in the Black Speech would crush Voldemort. Besides, it took the Fellowship 3 books to destroy the ring & HP and co. killed most of the 7 horcruxes in the last book. If a mortal teen & his friends can find the 7 horcruxes, I think a fallen Maiar (Morgoth's 2nd in command) w/ a horde of orcs, trolls, and 9 Nazgul could find them faster.

Sauron vs Voldemort is a bad match-up since Sauron is a demigod of sorts. A better one would be Voldemort vs. the Witch King, since both of them have immortality that is wrapped around material objects, and thus actually can be killed forever. Sauron, on the other hand, can never be truly killed.

also sauron was not killed by frodo or sam it was pure luck as it is impossible to throw the ring in mount doom of your own free will hence the fight between frodo and gollum....but then again if voldemort chose neville instead of harry and got bellatrix to go kill harry or did not use his blood to reform then he would of not got killed by a kid/teenager. what im trying to say is both these characters died because of luck, match them up on skill, not how they died!.....rant over!

voldemort has no chance, i am a big fan of both btw,i think it would pretty much go like in this vid! ppl who think voldemort got owned by harry potter obviously does not know shit as he effectivly kills himself from day1, all i will say is it would of been different if voldemort went to kill neville longbottom instead of HP!

@TheKb135 And an immortal is, by definition immortal. Remember in the Order of the Pheonix when Fawkes swallowed a killing curse and was reborn? Also, the imperius curse can be resisted. Harry resisted it, and Sauron definitely would. As for the occlumency, it can be resisted as well.

@ogglebob1 A hobbit managed to destroy the ring. Sauron wasn't even in full form..he was an eye. And Voldemort was in full form and killed by a specky 17 year old who can't act.

@TheJustCreative no he did not!! he go beaten by pure luck (or the valar). it was his own fault just like voldemort, voldemort killed himself effectivly through his own arrogance of wanting to kill potter, harry potter did not kill him, he killed himself. sauron got killed because the 1 thing that never entered his mind was someone could destroy the ring (because no1 can of there own free will, hence the fight with golloum and frodo) plz get your facts right! ps i know MrConhobar is a fool!!

@TheJustCreative true but without harry their plan was nothing, voldemort made 3 big errors 1. choosing to kill harry instead of neville 2. using harrys blood to reform. 3. being so arrogant and not letting bellatrix or another DE kill harry. Really all im saying is voldemort is not as much of a pussy every1 makes him out to be, sure sauron beats him, he is a demi god but this "voldie got killed by a teenage fag" + "sauron got owned by a little hobbit" really hacks me off!!
