  • se vos otros tan triste cerro ya bolbe na zamboanga, man vacascion tambien y numa olbedar

tu lugar y el lengua tu sabe." musliim" is a generalization of a poor area in zamboanga regardless of what tribe. that concept has invaded in the mind of the christian i grew there rio hondo and lower calarian.santa catalina. if u live in those place that concept discremination "regardless" of groups

islam or not. in my opinion cause i fit in that generalization.el pueblo na ZC was may play ground.

  • Zamboanga City is a very nice place to leave. A lot of places to relax, cheap and fresh sea foods to fresh vegetables and fruits. Although i'm a devoted christian, i grew up with christian and muslim friends thats because christians and muslims in Zamboanga City live in harmony, infact i know how to speak tausug because my best friend taught me to. Bunal! mayngat aku mag bisara tausug! Tiu tiu hadja!

  • Zambo can be a scary place for a long-haired white boy from Georgia, like me....but I'll be gladly going back soon.

  • be extra careful, you've got the wrong color of your skin if u go there...

  • Oh, I've been there...last time in 1998. I felt safe as long as I remained inside the city proper. It's out in the mountains, and Santa Cruz, where a white cracker like me needs to take extra precaution.

  • that's so stupid... since i was born here 29 years ago... wla pa ako naririnig na pinugutan ng ulong visitor or foreigner... sa Basilan at karatig probinsya ng Sulu at Tawi-Tawi lang nangyayari mga ganun...

Zamboanga is one of the many places in Mindanao where you can find Christians and Muslims living in harmony with each other...

DI PO LAHAT NG MUSLIM MASASAMA... AT DI RIN LAHAT NG KRISYIANO MABABAIT... please open your mind people... NO TO DISCRIMINATION PLEASE. God Bless... ZPO!!!

I used to Emcee na mga Programs during Dia de Zamboanga na City Hall, Fiesta na Tetuan, School Programs, WMRAA, Division Meet, etc. Thanks for this video, nakakamiss mio mga students na ZCHS Main.

  • it looks amazing - shame its not too safe for westerners

  • It's safe! lots of foreigners come to Zamboanga.

  • hmmmm... there are lots of foreigners roaming around the city in any given day... we even enjoy chatting up with a lot of them...

I think Zamboanga was a victim of NEGATIVE publicity and impression...

Am just proud to say that LEAVING THIS CITY NEVER CROSSED MY MIND...
