The difference about the incase power slider is the the power slider completely protects the phone which is better. If you drop the phone on its edge whle its in the juice pack its dead. Thats not the case with the power slider. Do your research!!

I mentioned protection because that is what most people are looking for when they buy a case. And actually you said the "power slider COMPLETELY ripped" the idea from Mophie. Not "completely" If so there would be patent issues. They expanded on it and decided to cover up that dangerous protruding 1cm of the top edge. Go to mophies website and click on batteries...check out whats being released this spring.....ha turns out mophie borrowed incase's idea.

one of the factors keeping me from buying the juice pack is the fact that i have to take out my iphone from the case. the case on the video looks like the soft rubbery type while mine is the hard plastic type that's actually a hassle to take apart. Is there a work around to this, or some other product that would accompany my needs better ?

The case I keep on in that Video is the SPECK. It is great. I had the same concern as you. When I have the JuicePack on it gives enough protection to make me feel comfortable. When the JuicePack is off, I just slip the Speck case back on. The hard cases are work in my opinion and will break apart if the phone gets dropped in the right spot.

The feel of that SPECK case is great and goes on and off easily.Get that and the JuicePack, U R good to go.

That is 500 FULL charges. You can charge it back up from ,lets say, 10%, ten times, to equal only ONE charge. All the FAQ's are on their web site.The site is really good. The users manual is also on the site in PDF. My Juice Pack has been going for almost 15 hours of moderate 3G use, and has not tapped into the iPhone battery. I will keep you posted.Not bulky at all.
