  • How can you not have the Italian Stallion, George South, Shaska Whatley, and Dennis Stamp on this list? INCONCEIVABLE!

  • No fair - Rivera was on there twice - he was one of the Conquistadores.

  • koko b ware is no jobber, he shouldnt be on the list

  • Another guy I remember in AWA was 'The Milkman' Jake Milliman. Don't know if I got the last name right but Jake lost majority of his AWA bouts. He had a small streak in a AWA Team Series but mostly lost. A lot.

  • I would have a hard time putting Paul Roma on there. His career was meh in WWE but he became a horseman in WCW and hooked up with some of the best workers to round out his career. Tagging with Hercules and Mr. Wonderful made him a contender in the tag division in WWF & WCW. Barry Horowitz was my favorite jobber. Self -Pat on the back.

  • Koko wasnt a real Jobber!!! He fought in many PPV, also big four!

  • Funny that #20(Johnny Ace) is now the general manager of Monday Night Raw. Think About it.

  • @megamanmaniac Alex Wright

  • Add John Morrison to the list now.Shelton Benjamin at one point.Scott Norton,Buff Bagwell,Rikishi,Xpac

  • @megamanmaniac Obviously you didnt see his Botchamania match with Roma and Jim Duggan. He got worked

  • I also thought that the Disco Inferno wasn't bad either. He actually won the Television Championship a couple of times. And, who doesn't love Koko B. Ware, aka, "The Birdman." Now, I DO agree that Paul Roma is a jobber. Yes, he did win a tag title with Paul Orndorff and was BRIEFLY a Horseman, but he is well known in ANY wrestling publication to be a jobber and later became a shitty boxer as well.

  • I definitely disagree with Alex Wright. He was actually quite talented. But, of course, the "higher ups" in WCW would only put over the "legends" like Hogan, Savage, Sting, Luger, Flair (though, I LOVE Flair), etc. The only young guys that got a chance in WCW were Goldberg and The Giant aka The Big Show. And, he even left his WCW contract a yearly to go to WWF. They didn't give any of the young guns a chance--Jericho, Guerrero, Mysterio, Benoit (I'm just bringing him up for discussion), et

  • Lots of these guys were not jobbers, some became jobbers-to-the-stars. The rest were raped by Pat Patterson.

  • koko be ware wasnt a jobber !

  • @michaelverstraet Your right. He became one after joining the WWF of course because Vince knows shit about talent. He was a big star in other areas and was involved in the first scaffold match i believe.

  • opinions are like a-holes,everybody has one!

  • Adrian Adonis a jobber?I guess you never watched the AWA when he was part of the East -West connection with Jesse the Body Ventura...former World Tag Team Champions.

  • No jobber list is complete without the Mulkey Brothers

  • lots of this list were not jobbers and any jobber list without mike jackson really has no credibility

  • How can Koko B. Ware and Johnny Rodz be on that list when they are in the WWE Hall of Fame

  • Canada's less strongest athlete only Number 5?

True, he beat the number 1, the Brooklyn Brawler.

  • what about the late adian adonis before he got majorly fat and became adorable adrain adonis?

  • where in the hell is chick donavone and mike jackson these two couldn;t win if it was fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Where the heck is Mike Jackson (NWA), Baron Mikeal Sicluna (WWF), The Mulkey Boys (NWA), Zack Ryder (WWE)

  • I miss good ole Barry Horowitz, always patting himself for a good job well done

  • Kenny "Sodbuster" J and George "Scrap Iron" Gadasky, were the best Jobbers in the business. I don't think some of these wrestlers in this video would be considered Jobbers. But it's your video and you can do what you want. Thanks for the drive down memory lane.

  • Anyone remember Geno Carabello? He was a big time jobber in WWF back in the mid 80's. Always saw him on Saturday afternoon wrestling. He was a face jobber, crowd was always chanting Geno! Geno! Geno! Geno for president! lmao

  • You forgot Joey Maggs and The Gambler.....

  • lol.omg johnny rodz i forgot all bout that dude.he used to lose every week back in early 80s...and poof salvatore bellomo jeez what an insult to us italians he was.

  • Great list. Some went on to bigger and better things. When wrestling became big in the 1980's, we wouldn't have had TV wrestling without them. Good Job!!!

  • Duane Gill! His legendary jobbiness was parodied in the form of Gillberg. C'mon! Oh, and he was one of the employees of the roofer who put a roof on my dad's house.

  • @stanzaverse Actually, even though Gillberg didn't make the list, the original incarnation of the Conquistadors (#4) was Duane Gill and his long-time tag team partner Barry Hardy.

  • don't think most of you know what a jobber is.

  • Here's a hint to help you out... Jobbers weren't on Wrestlemania / Starcade cards and did not enjoy any title reigns... If you really knew wrestling you would have had T. D. Steele on that list... crap, the only person who is a legitimate on that list is The Brawler...

  • @marzykjones Holy crap TD Seele? Wasnt that guy in the USWA for a while in the 90s?

  • You have Jose Luis Rivera in twice. He was also one of the Conquistadors.

  • Great list. TSteve Lombardi deserves the top spot. Johnny Rodz was great though. That guy could make anyone look good in the ring. He had excellent skills and could take a bump.

  • LOL in the 90's Wheres the Hardy's they WERE jobbers

  • Missing Tiger Chung Lee, George South, and Mario Mancini. According to Tony Atlas, SD Jones made almost $200K per year during the 80s. A good jobber is hard to find. Being a star, you have to consistantly sell yourself and draw an audience so sometimes a jobber has better job security.

  • How about the Thunderfoots?

  • This guy need to find out the definition of a Jobber. The very first guy you put up, Alex Wright was given push after push, he was never anything close to being a Jobber...

  • Wow, never knew the conquistadors were a real tag-team, I just thought that was the Edge and Christian gimmik they used once or twice. Funny.

  • I was thinking about Barry O all through this video, and there he was at #3... ahead of IRON MIKE SHARPE!!!!!... what a miscarrage of justice LOL. Iron Mike is the GREATEST jobber of all time!!!!

  • Van Hammer wasn't a jobber. He had a winning streak when he had his hippie gimmick. Then he became more serious, wore purple clothes, used the Rock Bottom and won a lot more. Alex Wright was a TV and cruiserweight champion.

If you're going by wrestlers who didn't make it to the main event, you could include other WCW midcarders like Jericho, Finlay, Juventud Guerrera, Jim Duggan, Lash LeRoux and people I could spend all day talking about.

  • IRON MIKE SHARPE!!!

  • Many of the guys you have listed as jobbers were mid-card wrestlers or what some would call jobbers to the stars. Sure, they didn't win any major titles during their time but they were not in squash matches like many true jobbers are and were there to give the the top wrestlers a run for their money.

  • Mid-carders =/= jobbers. Jobbers are the guys who never won except on a fluke or as part of a storyline. Jobbers were the local guys who put over WWF stars in the area, or the really 'gimmicky' guys like the Brooklyn Brawler or the Goon.

  • Some of these guys didnt start off being jobbers, where is Mike saxon?

  • Canada's Greatest Athlete Iron Mike Sharpe is robbed again, my all time favorite jobber!

  • @thereagauze i agree 100%, one of the best, and loudest jobbers of all time!!

  • @thereagauze Definately entertaining! The way he grunted the whole time, and every movement took soo much effort! lmao!

  • I don't see how half these guys are jobbers, and where the hell is Tom "Rocky" Stone or Dennis Stamp? Buck Zumhoffe was a big star in AWA and only did a little jobbing in the 90's for WWF....

  • As has been said, many of these guys were not jobbers at all. Just off-hand, Al Snow, Alex Wright, Disco Inferno, Paul Roma, Tugboat, Van Hammer, Koko B Ware,,,,quite a few more.

  • you forgot hillbilly jim and uncle elmer,Nikali Volkov and jumping jim brunzell.

  • Johnny Ace made it to your list???How can you justify having him on here when his career was cut so short due to his back injury

  • The Mulkey's were the absolute epitomy of jobber. Not having them as anything other than #1 on this list is a travesty. When you look up jobber in the wrestling encyclopdia you get a picture of Randy and Bill. As for the top comment that most of these guys weren't jobbers. From what I saw they were all jobbers. The ones you got confused on were just really good at their job and fooled you.

  • Pat Rose, Mike Jackson, Nasty Ned Beatty, The Mulkey's, Chick Donovan, Johnny Rich,George South, The Gambler,Pete Sanchez,Zane Smith,Bobby Garrett,Bobby Blaine, Bull Pain

  • OMG THE ABOLSUTE WORST JOBBERS OF ALL TIME WERE ....

THE MULKEY BORTHERS FROM OLD NWA AROUND TIME OF EARLY HORSEMAN. OMG ...SO GHASTLY WHITE WITH WHITE BLONDE HAIR & BONE SKINNY. LOST EVERY TIME! THEY SHOULDA BEEN #1 & NOT EVEN ON THIS LIST!

  • Watts wasn't a jobber, he was a failed push, its easy to get confused.

  • al snow and the j.o.b. squad specially 2 cold scorpio were much more talented than most of these guys

  • How about the Z-man?

  • I'm surprised nobody mentioned Pat Rose. I saw Mike Jackson's name mentioned. Jackson and Rose were like the ultimate jobbers in WCW back in the mid 80's. Jackson looked like a construction foreman who decide he wanted to make extra money on the weekends by wrestling!

  • Steve King was a jobber for WWF. Before Hulkamania.

  • WHERE ARE THE MULLKEYS?!?!?! bill and randy took many an ass whippin to be left off this list.

  • agree with most of these i don't think most were planned as jobbers but there lack of something put them in that spot except brooklyn brawler

  • Koko b Ware is a hall of famer! not a jobber.

  • what about roddy piper he was a huge heel in his time

  • half of these guys where stars all over until wwe bought out most of the territories in 84

  • Johnny Rodz????

  • Yes I know about Steve O's pushes in the 80's in the AWA and Georgia but I never watched him pin anyone or make them submit. I saw him win by DQ a few times though.

  • tony garea - alex wright - koko beware - rene goulet - lanyy poffo the minimum they was midcarders - tony garea multi time tag tema champion with dean ho for 1 - and held other belts in midsouth - and other areas - lanny poffo mids south tag champ with brother randy savage - koko beware was a heal in mid south koko ware was tv champ and awa tag champ with bobby eaton also teamed with steve kiern changed his name for awhile to sweet brown sugar had a big fued with jimmy valiant & jerry lawler.

  • dale wolfe ..or wolf?....a.k.a. scotty too hotty.

  • @splitlogboy913 um...to the best of my knowledge, Dale Wolfe and Scotty 2 Hotty are 2 different guys. Scotty 2 Hotty's real name is Scott Garland, he came to the WWF as an enhancement talent in 1991 under the name Scott Taylor. In 1998, he adopted the hip-hop gimmick for which he became known, but there was no Dale Wolfe in between.

  • u forgot dale wolfe... aka... scotty too hotty

he got his ass kicked a lot as a jobber first.. earthquake crushed him and other before him. dale wolfe was a chunky sumbitch back in da day

  • alex wright was no jobber at all, also al snow wasn't a jobber,he was just misused that is all.

  • what about george south, the cruel connection, tony suber, and joey maggs.they should be on this list.

  • what about george south, the cruel connection, tony suber, cougar jay,and joey maggs.they should also be on this list!!!

  • randy and bill mulkey have to be number 1 on this list!!! its not even close!!!

  • just for your info people #27 Sgt. craig "pitbull" pittman is a COP here in Sevierville,TN now

  • pretty decent list, but no pat rose?come on man,he wrestled(and lost) to almost everybody back in the 80's.

  • i was just thinkin of alex wright earlier glad to see someone else remembers him... good vid. man

  • Some hits and misses on the list.....some are definitely not jobbers.....for me #1 will always be the Italian Stallion in the old NWA......saw him wrestle Flair a bunch of times and there would always be that point in the match where Flair would have you believe that Stallion was gonna win the title.....but nope.....Figure Four time and another loss for the Stallion.

  • i think that most ppl who make these really dont understnad what a jobber is.

  • This person or persons who made this must of watched mostly WWF! I give this and the cheezy song a 2 out of a 100 rating and I'm being nice!

  • @Randythewildhorse Chesse song this wa son the bill board top 10 haha

  • where is Bastion booger one of the greatest jobber

  • @mysticx69 Bastion Booger is the same as Norman the Lunatic.

  • Where is the Gambler?

  • great list of champions

  • rip oliver? one of the top 10 in portland wrestling's 80's years...koko b ware...jobber to the stars/jobber on pay per view...whatever. he just did not job to the mid carders. roma was early-in-his-career jobber, moondogs were jobbers in their twilight, you forgot the italian stalion and yes, the armstrongs did become MAJOR jobbers. tommy angel jobbed a lot. and a-train jobbed a lot to CRUISER WEIGHTS.

  • Charlie Fulton

  • Rusty Brooks.

  • lol i think barry and the brooklyn brawler are tied as the biggest jobbers lol

  • Poor list that includes several mid-carders...mid-carders are NOT jobbers Dude.

  • @ClaudeBenjamin1 exactly what i said :)

  • Okay you DO know what a jobber is right? Most of the these wrestlers have had major titles all over the world.

  • A real jobber never wins, but still makes it look like oter guy is really haveing to work ,

George South, and Billy Howard were great at it.

  • You left out the Mulkeys from the 80's

  • koko b.ware[wm3], the moondogs[wwf tag champs] paul roma[four horesman], were all jobbers at some point but were mstly mid carders with several high points. ware is in the hof so its a fucking joke him even being on the list. but otherwise it seems fairly accurate,at least the top two.

  • Too much flash here to be a true jobber list. Some of these guys (Ware, Roma) had a push at one point and others (Jones, Poffo) were a rung above the typical jobbers. True jobbers (Rivera, Bellomo) never won any matches. Look for a Muraco-Bovee clip on YT. Marshall Bovee is the ultimate jobber - he does nothing whatsoever besides taking his beating. It's priceless jobberishness.

  • brooklyn brawler is for sure my fav. i might not agree with the whole list but not to bad

  • No Mike Boyette?

  • Lots of these guys werent jobbers till they were late in age

  • The Conquistadors (aka Edge and Christian) ain't jobbers

  • @TheLaresistance Conquistadors were originally around in the 80's, that's clearly not E+C unless one was really fat, they've been played by loads of people through the years including Christopher Daniels back in 2000

  • What about the Spirit Squad, although Kenny got a push. (And Dolph Ziggler's reincarnation later on.) And also Shane-o Mac's crew from Greenwich, Conn.? I can't come up with their names.

  • most these guys were not jobbers.

  • @malawri67 I completely agree. In my opinion, jobbers were guys that were only enhancement talent during their entire career. Paul Roma? Three time WCW tag champion. The Moondogs were champions in the WWF! Someone mentions The Z-Man below. Zenk won titles in WCW and he would have had the WWF tag titles if he had not left. Where are the Tom "Rocky" Stone, Dusty Wolfe, Rusty Brooks, etc. Joe Mirto also comes to mind.

  • and as much as i disagree with him in the hall of fame, koko wasnt a jobber

  • wat about pez whatley, and the greatest jobbers ever the mulkeys 80's nwa

  • You left out Playboy Buddy Rose - WWF days. And perhaps the BIGGEST jobbers of all - The Mulkeys from the NWA!

  • What about Z man. This top 35 list could be alot better

  • Jerry Flynn?

  • Seems more like an 80s WWF/E "jobber" list, but a good one nontheless

  • And the Gambler didn't make the list

  • No Reno Riggins?

  • I would have put Johnny Rodz at #1 - they coined the term "Jobber to the Stars" about him. More than half your list were mid-carders, not jobbers. My list would include these names: Rodz, Joe Turco, Pete Doherty, George "Scrap Iron" Gadaski, Jake "Milkman" Milliman, Kenny Jay, Steve Lombardi, Barry Horowitz, Jose Luis Rivera (aka "Mac" Rivera), and Frankie Williams, among others. And don't forget, lots of jobbers became champs - Ric Flair, for example.

  • Koko B. Ware was not a jobber and you have Jose Luis Rivera, who I'm not sure even won a match, ahead of Koko. Seriousy jobber ranking fail

  • @alex2405777 Rivera was a lower mid-card guy - beat other jobbers, but always lost to the big names.

  • Firebreaker Chip, wow...

    And great top 3. :-)

  • Firebreaker Chip, wow...

  • Comment removed

  • calling al snow a jobber is a stretch

  • @00ghostcobra... he beat S.D Jones one time wit a sunset flip. So I guess that was his finisher...lmao. I seen on WWF (I refuse to use the "E") on demand like two months ago. Think it was best of WWF vol 7 or 8

  • Dude u 4got Lodi from Ravens Flock. N Iron Mike Sharp shouldve been tried for first cuz he's the only one I remember bein heel on superstars of wrestling then face on wrestling challenge...lol

  • awsome

  • wow how cud u not put virgil on this list

  • why isnt Santiono Marella on this list

  • weres bad news brown ?? or beefcake

  • mulkey bros....

  • The moondogs werent al that bad until the 80`s!

  • Mike Jackson and Randy Barbour from Georgia Championship Wrestling+Chic Donavan,Nacho Barrera and Charlie Fulton and Steve Olsonoski should have made this list. Check em out..

  • @ThePerros72 Steve Olsonoski Got a pretty decent push in the AWA in the late 80's. He was a fan favorite.

  • definitely not johnny ace. he was one of the top americans in japan for a long time.

  • Jake The Milkman Milligan from the AWA

  • @Coreyb1968 Jake Milliman won the Team Challange series Battle Royal for Larry's Legends (Zybyzsko's team) for the million dollars. He was also a fan favorite.

  • Pete Doherty

  • Great tribute !!!

  • Great video!

  • dwain "gillberg" gill

  • What about thunder foot and the Mulkey's???

  • Cool! Glad to see someone appreciates the guys that make the "stars" look good! Thanks for putting this together!

  • Steve Lombardi is the greatest wrestler to not be a huge star: he busted his ass to make others look good, and I hear he's a great trainer too. God bless him!

  • Some of these guys were not jobbers (ex. Disco Inferno) and some were jobbers at one time but not for their entire career. Also, I thought the greatest jobber tag team of all time was Bill & Randy Mulkey.

  • @scotth602 I agree, but some are what would be termed JTTS, or "Jobber To The Stars": they'd beat lesser jobbers, but would job to bigger names (Disco Inferno is a good example).

  • Why did Brad Armstrong not make the list?

  • Sorry Leaping Lanny Has victory over Hulk Hogan and he is one of the greatest in the ring he just had poor mic skills

  • what about "the beach bully" Alex Portoux (sp?)

  • Van hammer got a pretty big push when he first came in to wcw

  • you missed Timothy Flowers

  • Better title would have been mid carders and jobbers, considering that many of these guys actually have success intheir careers outside of losing matches.

Three other thoughts: Who is Rocky King? Jose Luis Rivera made the list twice (He was conquisactor # 1, and finally, Paul Roma, are your serious? The only list he should make is Wrestling's number one stooge and asshole!

  • Where are guys like Rusty Brooks and Jose Luis Riviera..?

  • @Tafkall Look again - Jose Luis Rivera is on the list.

  • Barry O was awesome !

  • @Wodenz Barry O was the forgotten Orton (Cowboy Bob Orton son) Randy's brother.

  • I GOT A JOB

  • Rip Rogers, Chick Hearn, Pez Watley, Jerry Flynn, Reno RIggins, "Beautiful" George South, Dwayne Gill, Bob Bradley??????? Guess I got my own list goin here. These guys were true Jobbers to the bone!

  • Good list. Rodz was the best of the workers. Sharpe and Lombardi were very entertaining. Powers and Roma should not be on the list. The duke of dorchester conspicuous by his absence?!

  • Rock Werner, The Gambler, rip rogers, Jay Sledge = top 10 jobbers

  • Brooklyn Brawler greatest jobber ever! Zack Ryder is catching up though

  • Disco Inferno held a title in WCW. Koko B. Ware in in the WWE Hall of Fame. Paul Romo was only a jobber after he was split from Mr. Wonderful.

  • @msmith42001

actuall its paul roma, and he was part of power and glory with hercules hernandez, and hardly a jobber. Now Jim powers was a jobber, and what about leaping lanny poffo??

  • or "the Duke of Dorchester" Pete Doherty, whose claim to fame according to Gorilla Monsoon was that he'd won 1 match in 15 years?

  • What about Johnny K-9, George South, the Green Machine, the Mulkeys, the Italian Stallion, and others?

  • very well done i was hoping brawler and horowitz would be 1 and 2 you did not dissapoint!

  • these jobbers are the unsung heroes of this glorious profession. bravo to you, sirs

  • Um, The Moondogs were tag champs. Hardly jobbers. And you have Jose Luis Rivera in there twice. Well, technically you do. He was 1/2 of the Conquistadors.

  • Lanny Poffo brother of Macho Man

  • Tony Garea...................

  • great video

  • my heart goes out to these guys
