no duh. but its a good language if a person doesn't wanna learn programming using c++. BASIC languages are better introductions to comp sci because they force u to grasp the basic of programming

Why not just start with multi-platform language. All of the "BASIC" languages tend to teach a lot of bad habits, anyway.

What do you mean? I'm about to download this jst basic thing and begin programming but if it isn't good what should i start out with? I have absolutely no knowledge of programming either

just basic is great, I started with the "hello world" stuff and in one month I had programmed a software that can manipulate windows applications and have an entire solar system enciclopedia with buttons and images, in just basic you can do everything you can do with visual basic, by far!!!!

i got it like an hour ago, takin a computer programming class in school, not really sure about the commands but i know like extremly baisc stuff..like 10 print "hello world" thats about it haha so is ther a video of how to use?

Nope. It's supported by Vista!! There were a few Vista bugs at first, but Carl (The creator or Liberty and Just Basic) along with the community fixed them.
