In other countries, murder suspects esp. with eyewitnesses if identified are arrested, handcuffed and the house or properties are searched for forensic evidence like murder weapons: guns, knives, etc. but in this case, this ampatuan jr simply walked casually side by side with his escorts as if he is one big movie star.
