I have been to one of the Hole in the wall camps. Double H Ranch as a Volunteer and what Paul said about the campers goes for the volunteers to Thank YOU for changing my LIFE~ Best place on earth!! For the kids and all that work or volunteer there.
so Paul with all that good looks, fame and money had what ... 2 women in his life .... An ordinary man with those assets (a contradiction in itself admittedly) would have had 2000 women. He is as faithful as they come like 1 in 1000000
I will always love you paul. For your Art, charity work, great personaity and the fact that you were faitfull to your wife proving there is hope for women out there!
" I think Paul just admitted that he cheated on Joanne. Their relationship started with infidelity and I'm sure it happened between the both of them."
That's pretty arrogant, being "sure" you know about the personal relationship between two people who were together for so long.
And no, he did not imply that he'd cheated on his wife. He merely stated that he took his sweet time getting home during the time she was coming home still in (an unsavory) character.
with the one year anniversary coming up tomorrow of his passing this documentary is difficult to watch without wanting to cry cause it hurts to think of how much Joanne misses him after all those years

I don't see why people are piling onto Liz86000. He/she may be naive, but the comment is sincere. I think Newman said "hamburger" rather than "lame beef"--whatever that is....
Maybe Newman WAS faithful to Joanne? Who knows and--now--who cares?
3:10 I think Paul just admitted that he cheated on Joanne. Their relationship started with infidelity and I'm sure it happened between the both of them.

No, stupid. He just said he went to dinner out often because she'd brought the character home.
He once said "why would I have a lame beef when I have steak at home" or something like that, when people asked him why he never cheated on his wife in a place like Hollywood where it can be easy to do so.
i still believe that man is good at heart what a wonderful man and actor he was nothing would be the same in holywood after the departure of Brando and Newman.
oh oui c etait le plus grand de tous genereux et simple quel acteur que de souvenirs

Doesn't it just annoy you when people can't post a comment without using foul language - sounds to me like a lack of vocabulary.... shame!

"Everybody thought Tiger Woods was faithful and loyal.
So just because Woods turned out to be a horndog means that every other male-type person is one too?
