ati radeon hd 5470 and i can play it at maxed out setting and it doesn't lag.
And it lags for you because you haven't maintained your windows7 properly,use some softwares like tuneup,registry booster or if you want reinstall windows7.
@Multydrifter please post your full specs and there is a tool called IGRM which enable software mode andwhich enables HW Tnl lightning which makes it run faster.For the download link go to the forums in the description.
