Hi.I routinely use icm pro 3.7.Its a great program.Recently I have started using batch mode using .sdf files.I was trying to dock a .sdf file having around 800 amino acids derivatives. But the docking always halts after 132 molecules from the .sdf file. Can you please help me with this.
