I've only had 2 problems with windows vista. On my laptop it would loose my drivers, but since I got it on my desktop I haven't had a single problem with that. The only problem I've really had on my pc is games that were not vista compatible, Soldiers Heroes Of World War II for example but I was able to overcome that with messing around with the game files :)

Honestly though , vista aint a big issue for me.

I had home premium on my laptop, it was decent enough. But home basic is a bag of balls, especially for the price. Vista Ultimate is worth it if you can get it for free like I did x)
