Same discoloration in the sky prior to both China and Chile. Chinas earthquake was 10 km deep, as were over a dozen aftershocks. Haitis Earthquake was also 10 km deep. Pretty hard to believe these weren't man made. And what machine on earth could do this? We know HAARP is capable.
