Yea, I just gave the T-51b Power Armor to Jericho (he's my pack mule bitch who steals all of my experience, finds the most random land mines to walk over, kills innocent people, etc, etc...). For now I'm just sticking with the Ranger Battle Armor (cool little bonuses and easy as hell to repair) until I find a reason to switch to either the Tesla or Hellfire Armor.

tara was the forth mercenary hired by alistair tenpenny. only tara and mister crowley were thought to be dead, dukov and strayer survived. tara carries the last key to actually get into the room where the armour is but she is kinda useless after that

I did the Outcast quest. I don't know if it is easier, but I felt a lot better about myself when I refused crowley's quest. In the outcast hq, you learn how to wear power armor, and you have the opportunity to get the covert ops perk.

@mountainbikeman No, it isnt on him, and its T51-B not t61b. All thats on Mr. Crowley is a Scoped .44 Magnum and some ammo for it, that Pre-War Suit, some caps, and all the keys.

@therickyhorrorshow you can repair anything back to 100%... all you need to do is get the stuff you need to repair to 100% and go start the mothership zeta dlc.. (if you have it... if not then you can't do this) and the girl you meet either has 65 repair.. or 100... save and load until she has 100... and there ya go ... repair any weapon/armor back to 100%.... this is a 1 time thing though.. she dissapears when you finish the dlc.

Your wrong , Tara IS involved in the story , if you ever checked up on the lore of the game or even WHY he wanted them dead it was because he hired all of them to help him get the T-51b armor in the bunker. But he was betrayed and left there for dead. tara died at the betrayal and her body was impressingly preserved since the last visit. She was just one of the mercenaries Crowley hired >:l

Better still, you can Speech challenge the guys for their keys rather than killing them. Crowley will go off regardless, and you can pickpocket their keys right back from him when he leaves Underworld.

Well if you kill Crowley, you fail the quest. I just did this quest again today to test it. I killed Dukov and Dave, and spared Ted. I pickpocketed two of the keys from Crowley mid-quest, and I broke the quest. I just decided to go get the T-51b and forget about satisfying the game's demands. lol

The armour you found was, Brother-hood Outcast armour It does the same job as Regular power armour, it just looks cooler, in my opinion, you need to head to the citedale (I think thats how you spell it) In order to talk to Elder Lyons, You need to glitch to get in, thats what youtube is for. Search: "How to get power armor training early in fallout 3" and you should be-able to do the rest. :)

The quest ISN'T to kill the four people! All you need are the four keys. Pickpocket them, kill them, bribe, or threaten them...doesn't matter. And, the Lincoln Repeater...very good weapon...but not the best.

just type in tcl in ur console and it'll enable noclip mode, u can walk through the wall and get the armour, then walk out. the area'll be crawling with hostiles, so type in tgm in console 2 enable godmode, put it into good use =)
