i have tried fiding a large skillet which is totally flat like a disc like this crepe maker. the problem is all the skillet have those raised edges which prevent you from sliding the tool underneath correcty. Is it possible to get totally flat disc skillets with no edges

@210482fmj Maybe you could buy a square slab of aluminum, stainless, or cast iron from a steel supplier. Take it to a machine shop if you want it round.
