BUT, I would like to say that I believe YOUR justification for you opinion is skewed because there was important economic data realeased on tuesday, called the FEDERAL BUDGET BALANCE. (kinda a big deal). So either party changing something should not have come as a suprise especically due to the number that was realeased, which was 157.6 billion dollars away from the last realease!!!
