This particular leveler was Custom's Levelquick. We have since changed over to Mapei Ultraplan 1 Plus Leveler. Any rapid set Leveler is very rapid setting, compared to regular concrete; you usually have around 15-30 minutes to work with it. One pour flows into the next pour, and so on.
You cannot level your floor with regular mortar. It would flake off as it dried. If your floor is that un-level you lack the tools and skill to successfully pull this off. Call a professional!
