How to Install Minecraft Server on Android Devices

@WHATZITOOYAmon Type "ls minecraft" and you will see the files in that directory then try "nano minecraft/server.properties" and edit the properties

this terminal emulator... can it only be ran on the pc, cuz i saw one that was used to run windows95, and yes ive done it. So why not that.

For all you guys, it's not possible to connect to a server running on 3G, unless you can portforward your operator/carrier. (and I think they don't want to do that ;P )

well i can get d/l speeds of 300 kbs i thought it was decent.

I guess what i mean, is it possible for the phone to utilize the 3/4g or is it strictly wifi or the computers net

@OneDeucesOne I think it should work you just must be connected to the internet

@OneDeucesOne Pretty sure it will NOT work and it has to do with your cell phone making several "hops" within your carrier's network before it's exposed to the actual internet. Within a wifi network, everyone connected has direct access to each other, like next door neighbors.

Would this work on my Tmobile G2? And can you run it off your 3g connection for others to join? Looks decent not really any lag. I WANNA DO IT BUT IS IT WORTHIT?

@OneDeucesOne 3g connection is a bit slow. You could try and see if it works or not.
